Senior iOS Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps.  Experiencing fine tuning applications to improve performance and memory utilization.  Thorough understanding of iOS development for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch  Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc.  String knowledge in Restful, SOAP APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services  Strong knowledge of Storyboard, Autolayout, ARC.  Experience of design and development of iOS applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting  Proficient with Xcode, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.  experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, SQLite, MapKit, UIKit, Core Location, etc  Experience with offline storage, threading, multitasking, and performance and memory tuning with  tools  (such as Instruments).  Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines  Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred  Knowledge of Graph APIs is preferred.  Familiarity with cloud message APIs, Local and push notifications  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, TFS or SVN)  Familiarity with continuous integration.

• Solution design documentation, development ownership, mentoring and driving the most comprehensive trade terminal for our super users for the iOS Mobile platform

• B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A. or equivalent technical qualification in Computer Science,
• Engineering or a related subject
• 7 to 10 years of proven software development experience in iOS development
• Experience in mentoring iOS developers
• Must experience with Swift
• Experience with Objective-C is a plus
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON must
• Experience with API integration, Third-party SDKs, Charts, Payment Gateway, Sockets is a plus
• Experience in HLD, LLD designing must

We are looking for experienced iOS developers to join our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile application. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, with 1 – 2 years of progressive experience to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including latest technologies like Swift, Objective C and iOS UX guidelines.

– 1 to 2 years experience with iOS, Objective C and Swift.

– 1+ years object-oriented programming experience or equivalent education.

– Experience in an iterative software development environment (Agile).

– Experience with Test-Driven development, continuous integration and other Agile methodologies.

– Good experience in using Apples XCode for software development.

– Experience in standard debugging techniques such as logging, LLDB, and/or instruments to localize and correct software defects.

– Hands on experience using smartphones and tablets preferably iPhone and iPad

– Ability to design, develop, support new and existing applications and perform unit testing and integration testing.

– Experience with 3rd Party SDK integrations and other device libraries.

– Experience packaging and publishing applications on the App Store.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the founders to build mobile SDKs for dyte. Our SDKs allows clients to integrate live audio/video interactions in their own app, it optionally comes with its own user interface.

You will be invovled in making a seamless developer product, code that will run in varying frameworks, operating systems and network conditions.

As in any startup, your responsibilities will vary frequently. You will wear multiple hats and will work with many different technologies. You might have to talk to clients directly, and you have an active say in the direction of our product. We want someone who is passionate about working in this type of environment!

You are expected to lead the mobile development for our mobile SDKs and work closely with Designers and Video engineers to push the limits of mobile communication tech.

● Expert level understanding of one or more mobile tech - Flutter, React Native, iOS (Swift/Obj-C), Android(Java/Kotlin), NDK.
