The candidate will be based in the client's office in Delhi, India. It is a full-time, on-site role with an initial of one year contract to start with. It is highly likely that the contract will be extended and renewed annually afterwards. Our client is a leading global ICT solutions provider. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be given leads which have come from website and events enquiries; data captured in to the client's database. Before the leads are sent through to the client's Sales Team to progress, these call handlers are to contact the leads to qualify/validate specific elements of data: name and company, budget, product/service etc. The updated data will be captured in the client's database for extraction by the Sales Team to follow up. There is no requirement for the call teams to - sell- to the contacts.
