- Sales targeting: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, chats etc).
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordination: Coordinates closely with team to ensure effective execution of customer inquiries.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5+ year experience in outbound/inbound sales, experience in an International SAAS market is a plus
- Willing to work in Night shifts (central time zone i.e 9.00 PM to 5.00 AM IST )
