Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

·      Contact and develop relationships with potential customers through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.

·      Execute email campaigns targeting prospects to generate leads and create business opportunities.

·      Mine data and extract information of C-level executives from various online sources and tools.

Sales Process Management

·      Follow up on leads and respond to sales inquiries from existing and potential customers as per guidelines.

·      Assist senior staff in generating and following up on leads.

·      Convince clients, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.

·      Track sales efforts and monitor results to ensure alignment with targets.

Customer Relationship Management

·      Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date status on service, pricing, and new product releases.

·      Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to inform business strategy and product development.

·      Maintain CRM systems to manage lead generation, track interactions, and store customer information.

Market & Competitor Analysis

·      Stay informed about the latest products, market trends, and competitors to provide insights for business strategy.

·      Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

Responsibilities :

●     Designing and developing robust and scalable server-side applications using Python, Flask, Django, or other relevant frameworks and technologies.

●     Collaborating with other developers, data scientists, and data engineers to design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architectures.

●     Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and reviewing the code of other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.

●     Participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.

●     Optimising applications for performance, scalability, and security, and monitoring the production environment to ensure uptime and availability.

●     Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, and evaluating and recommending new tools and frameworks as needed.

●     Mentoring and coaching junior developers to ensure they grow and develop their skills and knowledge in line with the needs of the team and the organisation.

●     Communicating and collaborating effectively with other stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, and other development teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

●     Strong experience in Python and server-side development frameworks such as Flask or Django.

●     Experience in building RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architectures.

●     Experience in using database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

●     Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

●     Knowledge of software development best practices such as Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

●     Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration across multiple environments (development, staging, production).

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Implement automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
• Optimize pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance and availability.
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments.
• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification with 2+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry.
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
• Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
• Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
• Basic Excel Skills like Vlookup, Pivot, and PPT skills
• Maintaining a detailed tracker and Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for an interview and ensuring regular following up.
• Candidate Selection offers negotiation and follow-up with joining to ensure the onboarding.
• Must be able to manage competing demands, accept generous and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to plan and close all assignments in the stipulated time frame.
• Develop a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for all current and anticipated demands.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients, vendors, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
• Managing the selection, offers, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of the recruitment process.
