Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage and optimize brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with key influencers and content creators.
Create and oversee engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies.
Analyze and report performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to align branding and messaging.
Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in social media marketing and influencer management.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
Proven track record of successfully managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Excellent communication, creative writing, and analytical skills.
