We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled SDE 2 React Web Developer to join its dynamic engineering team. As an SDE 1, the developer will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing features for the web platform using React. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications that offer an exceptional experience to Revv's users.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring a high level of code quality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You’ll be working directly with the cofounder in building pitches and proposals for interesting startups in the US / the UK / Australia and other parts of the world
• You will learn how to craft the best sales pitches to lead business owners into getting on calls with us
• You will followup 
• Engage in business outreach to potential clients across our existing channels
• Draft personalized proposals specific to each potential business, outlining TealBox’s background, expertise, relevant case studies & most importantly showcase the approach we shall be taking to solve the problem for the business
• Maintain tracking logs of outreach efforts on a day-to-day basis 
• Hit daily and weekly outreach targets set in terms of number of proposals at par with the organisation’s quality standards
• Work directly with our co-founder to sharpen outreach proposals for optimal response rates from prospects

Requirements:

• Great verbal & written communication skills
• “IN IT TILL YOU WIN IT”  attitude- Ready to hit a wall 100 times and break it open
• A basic understanding of business operations 
• Sales Experience preferred but not essential

• Building and Designing advanced Android applications for the Android platform.
• Cross-functional team collaboration to design, define and ship new features.
• To use and work with outside APIs and data sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specifically on MVVM architecture creating B2C applications.
• Should have developed at least 1 app from scratch.
• Good knowledge in Java
• Excellent debugging skills
• Good understanding of Kotlin, jetpack components, Android Studio, Android NDK, etc
• Experience and understanding of large and complex code bases and architectures
• Experience in API design, SDK architecture, and mobile software lifecycle development practices
• Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces

The Must-Haves

• Should have developed at least 1 app from scratch.
• Good knowledge in Java
• Excellent debugging skills
