Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of pricing, promotions, channels, and advertising for the product line, with responsibilities including:
- 1.Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of our product line, promoting it across all major channels
- 2.Identifying essential product features to be promoted and tracking the effectiveness of the campaigns across channels to boost the product line against competitors.
- 3.Recognizing opportunities for expanding the product line by pinpointing consumer gaps, search trends, and competitors' strengths
- 4.Collaborating with key channel managers to ensure alignment with budgets, fostering success in both ad-driven and organic growth to achieve sales targets within the product line's cost budgets.
- 5.Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in online marketplaces and digital channels
- 6.Comparing products against competitors in terms of features, pricing, and listing quality
Skills
- 1.Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, including listing, digital ads, and organic search across one or more major channels.
- 2.Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies that drive sales, such as paid advertising across various media and channels, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- 3.Experience in launching new products and comprehensive knowledge of product marketing, including managing listings, pricing, promotions, and positioning.
- 4.Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- 5.Ability to navigate a dynamic and complex ecosystem
- 6.Adept at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- 7.Advanced proficiency in Excel and outstanding written and verbal communication skills

1. Planning digital content marketing strategies, creating & curating posts for social media handles (5-6 articles to be written per month).
2. Ensuring that there is no plagiarism in any of the content which is put up on the social media handles.
3. Understanding & researching the basics of content writing for the company website, social media requirements, and blogs.
4. Creating content based on trends, research, monitoring the competition, adapting to change accordingly & can produce exceptionally good content.

What you will do:
- Smooth onboarding of fellows post recruitment
- Understanding the pre-existing technical and other skills as well as improvement needs in each area throughout training and deployment
- Weekly monitoring of progress as well as key strength and improvement area of each fellow
- Planning remediation in consultation with training head and trainers, weekly/ daily check ins and query resolution to sustain high level of motivation
- Monitoring and taking steps towards maintaining high performance standards post deployment
- Implementing upskilling learning and development initiatives based on individual fellow requirement and ensuring consistent appraisal and manager satisfaction
- Continuously monitoring and improving the Fellows’ performance during training and on-site, as well as analyzing client feedback, upskilling needs, retention and billability
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in managing technical talent in either talent management or technical manager roles
- Training experience desirable
- Awareness of job role skill and capability requirement for data engineer or similar technical job role
- Experience in performance management and employment relations
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- High data-driven and process oriented mindset

● Develop and deliver automation software required for building & improving the functionality, reliability, availability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms
● Champion and drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and mindset
● Design, architect, and build self-service, self-healing, synthetic monitoring and alerting platform and tools
● Automate the development and test automation processes through CI/CD pipeline (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker containers)
● Build container hosting-platform using Kubernetes
● Introduce new cloud technologies, tools & processes to keep innovating in commerce area to drive greater business value.
Skills Required:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good listener.
● Proficiency in deploying and maintaining Cloud based infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, Azure – good hands-on experience in at least one of them)
● Well versed with service-oriented architecture, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks.
● Good knowledge of cloud related services like compute, storage, network, messaging (Eg SNS, SQS) and automation (Eg. CFT/Terraform).
● Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and
Cassandra.
● Experience in systems management/automation tools (Puppet/Chef/Ansible, Terraform)
● Strong Linux System Admin Experience with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
● Hands-on experience with languages (Bash/Python/Core Java/Scala)
● Experience with CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Git, Maven etc)
● Experience integrating solutions in a multi-region environment
● Self-motivate, learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision
● Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies.
Nice to Have:
● Experience in setting-up Elastic Logstash Kibana (ELK) stack.
● Having worked with large scale data.
● Experience with Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, Grafana, DataDog etc.
● Previously experience on working with distributed architectures like Hadoop, Mapreduce etc.
