🎯 Role Overview :

We are hiring a Product Manager to build and scale core systems of a crypto exchange, including trading, payments, custody, and transaction flows. This is a backend-focused role requiring strong understanding of crypto and fintech systems.

🛠️ Mandatory Skills :

Crypto exchange operations, product management, payments/PSP integrations, blockchain basics (wallets, gas fees, transactions), APIs & backend systems, KYC/AML understanding.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery)
• Define deposit & withdrawal flows (validation, settlement, reconciliation)
• Manage payment integrations (banking rails, PSPs, on/off ramps)
• Work with engineering on APIs, system workflows, and integrations
• Handle third-party integrations (custody, liquidity providers)
• Define requirements for KYC, AML, compliance & risk systems
• Create PRDs, workflows, and product documentation
• Collaborate across Engineering, Ops, Compliance, and Finance

✅ Requirements :

• 3+ years of Product Management in Crypto / Fintech
• Strong understanding of crypto exchange operations
• Knowledge of payments (PSPs, bank transfers)
• Understanding of blockchain basics (wallets, gas fees, confirmations)
• Experience with APIs & backend systems
• Strong communication & stakeholder management

Data Validation

Sales coordination with internal and external departments

• 2+ years of Affiliate/Influencer/Partnership marketing experience in SaaS with at least 1 years focus on building and managing successful Affiliate/Influencer/ Partnership Marketing programs
• Full proficiency in working with known Affiliate Networks
• Strong experience with link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, sales validation, Google Analytics, and digital marketing attribution concepts
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-based decision making with a strong test-and-learn mindset
• Passion for following rapidly evolving trends and determining new possible social marketing techniques to drive business 
• Full proficiency in English. Written and spoken 
• Familiarity with Indian B2B business.      

• Deploy company Application on customer public cloud and on-premise data centers
• Building Kubernetes based workflows for wide variety of use cases
• Document and Automate the deployment process for internal and external deployments
• Interacting with customers over call to deployment and debugging
• Deployment and Product Support

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure development, or development and operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in docker and kubernetes.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Aware of Kubernetes Internals, Networking etc. Experience with Linux infrastructures tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Extensive experience in setting up Kubernetes on AWS, Azure etc.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Big Data Tools like Hadoop, Spark.
• Experience with Java Application Debugging.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a front-end developer
• Experienced in developing applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Redux Saga, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3/CSS4 and other UI technologies.
• Understanding and experience with ES6 concepts, asynchronous processing, partial page refresh, DOM traversal and manipulation.
• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description languages like Swagger.
• Comfortable writing Unit Test Cases (Enzyme/ Jest)
• Familiar with cloud services: AWS, Dev-ops such as Git, Jira, Confluence
• Good to have experience/knowledge of
