Senior Product Analyst

Context:

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with experience in mobile App analytics, who is passionate about building digital products that can put yoga and meditation from a realized master in the hands of 7 billion people on the planet.

Responsibilities:

●     Data analysis and solution building based on insights captured from data.

●     Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning.

●     Structure concise reports with insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking.

●     Cross-team projects and streamlining of the process.

●     The root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to product/ops based on insights.

●     Effectively working with complex data sets with minimal guidance, including cleaning and wrangling data to quickly unearth insights and trends and effectively communicating these to leadership through appropriate data summaries, visualizations and narratives.

Requirements:

●     Strong 3-5 year experience in analytics.

●     Experience in working on analytics for a mobile App.

●     Proficiency in SQL, Excel and at least one visualization tool like tableau or qlikview.

●     Demonstrated ability of solving complex problems and attention to detail.

●     Demonstrated ability of work independently with stakeholders and cross functional teams, preferably in a startup environment.

●     Exposure to a statistical or analytical language such as R or Python.

●     Exposure to ML algorithms and modeling techniques.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title - Business Analyst “Zoho”

Experience - 2+ yrs 

Location - Noida Extension 

Responsibilities-

• Define project scope and document business requirements.
• Design technical specifications, using best practices and minimising the need for custom coding.
• Provide internal CRM consulting, analyse data and processes to improve the business process to drive growth.
• Create solutions on our ZOHO platform to meet the internal customer requirements.
• Automate processes using ZOHO automation tools.
• Create test scenarios and do solution testing.
• Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues.
• Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems.
• Project management and project documentation (BRD , FRD)
• Prepare Customised Management Reporting Dashboard
• Work closely with the Operations team to implement and configure Zoho applications based on business needs.
• Assist in customising Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other relevant modules.
• Collaborate with the team to understand and document business processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Zoho applications or a willingness to learn.

• Travel agency accounting, GST, TDS, balance sheet, billing, etc.
• Perform service provider reconciliation.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Debtors & Creditors management.
• Preparation of various types of MIS reports
• Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT, and outward remittances.
• Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation for all Ledger Accounts
• Helping the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
• Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expense reporting, and payroll.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
• Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to Flight, Train, taxi, Metro, and other vendors based on Books.
• Downloading bank statements weekly and performing reconciliation.
• Record banking transactions.
• Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Experience
• Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills:

• Strong Object-Oriented design and programming skills in Java and Kotlin
• Working experience in Kotlin
• Familiar with Android SDK, Permissions, Location, Analytics, Retrofit, Dagger2, RxJava2, Kotlin|Coroutines, Navigation Component, Constraint/Motion Layout, Room database.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX design principles, Architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, etc.
• Good knowledge in Mobile software development best practices – UI & Unit testing (Espresso & Mokito/MockK)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Understanding of Google’s design principles and guidelines
• Good understanding of code versioning and project management tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira etc.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane etc.
• Hands on experience with tools like firebase and Realm for database and push notification
• Open-Source contribution and having personal project on GitHub will give advantages
• Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Very good Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt new frameworks quickly
• Good track record of having delivered successful consumer or business apps on play store
• Proficient in secure application development practices
• Knowledge of offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Excellent optimization and bench-marking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
