Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Writing Trainee to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics to produce original and engaging content.

• Write, edit, and proofread blog posts, website content, product descriptions, and social media captions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns.

• Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices for improved visibility and reach.

• Assist in brainstorming and generating innovative content ideas.

• Monitor trends and incorporate relevant themes into content creation.

Required Qualifications:



• Strong command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Assist in performing network security assessments and implementing best practices.
• Participate in network capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Support network-related aspects of IT projects and deployments.

       Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Certification: Valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is mandatory.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in network administration or support roles.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS and command-line interface (CLI).
• Basic understanding of network security concepts and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Description:

Creative with design skills In hand HTML5.CSS3, Bootstrap, JS and Jquery.

Candidate should be able to develop logic and code independently.

Need to understand the client requirement and try to make creative design for the client.

Must good knowledge of PHOTOSHOP, HTML, CSS. Bootstrap, JavaScript, responsive structure.

Should be able to work Jquery and JS +points.

Should be able to deployment of Live Server.

            Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

            Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

            Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

            Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

            Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

            Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.

            Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

            Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

            Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

            Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Java skills, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs,
• Intermediate in Design Patterns and Principles
• Application is moving into PCF  any cloud native experience is helpful
• DB:  Oracle, SQL Server, RDBMS
• Network Infrastructure knowledge is helpful (work with network support team to troubleshoot)
• Production support skills are highly preferred.
• CI/ CD knowledge is helpful
• Junit for unit testing
• Java certifications are a huge plus

Job Description:

• Participate in and lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market.
• Accountable for full systems development life cycle including creating high quality requirements documents, use-cases, design and other technical artifacts including but not limited to detailed test strategy/test design, performance benchmarking, release rollout and deployment plans, contingency/back-out plans, feasibility study, cost and time analysis and detailed estimates.
• Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in PoCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies and Frameworks.
• Collaborate with Vendor Resources for Support of Products.
• Conduct brownbag sessions on new and upcoming technologies, methodologies and application appropriate frameworks. Ensure knowledge transfer of vendor technology to *** staff. Provide technical training to the other team members.
