Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Python.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, pipeline automation, and test management.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and cloud‑based applications.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with developers for timely closure.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and strategy discussions.
• Ensure test coverage, maintain script quality, and optimize automation suites.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise in automation testing for web/cloud applications.
• Solid proficiency in Python for creating automation scripts and frameworks.
• Experience working with Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks (good to have).
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.

Good to Have:

• Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled PAM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, managing, and optimizing Privileged Access Management solutions. The role involves working with enterprise-level security technologies such as BeyondTrust, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying and supporting PAM platforms, integrating them with enterprise infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, primarily using BeyondTrust (Bomgar).
• Configure and administer PAM tools to manage privileged credentials, remote access, and secure connectivity.
• Work on privileged remote access management, privileged remote support, and access governance.
• Migrate and decommission insecure remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Bitvise) and enforce secure alternatives.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to remove unnecessary firewall rules and strengthen access controls.
• Support IAM & SSO initiatives including RSA, CA SiteMinder, and LDAP directory services.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for PAM and IAM environments, including RSA token authentication and 2FA integrations.
• Document technical configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and PAM domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (Bomgar).
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), RSA Authentication, and directory services (LDAP, Oracle Directory, Sun One Directory).
• Experience with CA SiteMinder and web application access management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving PAM and IAM issues.

• 8 - 12 years of professional experience in .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0/4.5 (C#, ASP.Net) and ADO.Net. Strong knowledge of software development, debugging and deployment tools Knowledge and experience of SQL Server (Any version). 
• Knowledge of Versioning tools. Strong experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
