Job Title : Lead Web App Developer – Frontend

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and maintain responsive, cloud-based web applications. This role involves developing efficient user interfaces using React.js, collaborating closely with UX and backend teams, and ensuring high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Create and maintain web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaboration: Work with UX designers to deliver excellent user experiences and ensure seamless backend integration.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while staying updated with modern practices.
• Build & Deployment: Manage build pipelines with Jenkins, deploy to CDNs, and leverage GCP for scalable solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Implement JavaScript frameworks and libraries for web analytics and use Git for version control.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js frameworks.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to RDBMS and SQL (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of developers.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related fields.

Notice Period: 30 days preferred

Interview Process:

1. Technical Round: Online technical assessment (1 hour).
2. Face-to-Face Interview: In-person interview with the team at the Bengaluru office (3 hours).
3. Final Round: Online interview with the CEO (30 minutes).

Additional Information:

• Candidates from Bengaluru or willing to relocate are preferred.
• F2F interview attendance on a weekday is mandatory.

Work From Home

Experience: Minimum 2 years as TL in Tele Sales (Banking/DSA)

Salary: ₹30,000/month to 35,000/- (No incentives)

Job Type: Full-time (From 11.30 Am to 8.30 Pm) with 1 hour lunch break 

Bank Process: Reputed Bank – Bank Account Openings (Only Current Accounts)

Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor the remote tele sales team (Maximum 25 Nos) for banking products.

Achieve daily/monthly targets and ensure quality calls of the team.

Train, motivate, and guide team members.

Maintain sales reports and handle escalations.

Requirements:

Proven TL experience in Banking DSA.

Strong communication & leadership skills.

Good English and Hindi is a must. 

Laptop, headset, and stable internet connection required.

RequiredSkills:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data modeling (including conceptual, logical and physical data models. • 2-3 years of experience inExtraction, Transformation and Loading ETLwork using data migration tools like Talend, Informatica, Datastage, etc. • 4-6 years of experience as a database developerinOracle, MS SQLor another enterprise database with a focus on building data integration process • Candidate should haveanyNoSqltechnology exposure preferably MongoDB. • Experience in processing large data volumes indicated by experience with BigDataplatforms (Teradata, Netezza, Vertica or Cloudera, Hortonworks, SAP HANA, Cassandra, etc.). • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and decision support systems.

• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material and adhere to worldwide data security and • Experience writing documentation for design and feature requirements. • Experience developing data-intensive applications on cloud-based architectures and infrastructures such as AWS, Azure etc. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• 5+ Years of IT experience

• 3+ Years of development experience with either Automation Anywhere

• Knowledge on UI path

• Minimum of 3 years hand on experience working with Automation anywhere 10.7 or higher.

• Should have knowledge on 11.x.

• Proficient in automating complex business requirements and proactively propose alternate solution.

• Designing and development of bots/Metabot to enhance the functionality.

• Must have worked on automating process that involve ERP systems, web sytems.

• Proficient in understanding the requiement and propose the relevant RPA tool (Automation anywhere and UI path)

• Should be open to learn new technogies and share the workload of team members.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field
