Required Skills & Experience:

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration and integration of ServiceNow Event Management module

Design and maintain Workflows, Sub-flows, and Flow Designer automations

Integrate with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar

Work with Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Linux scripting

Build and optimize REST API integrations

Configure event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation

Support production implementations and upgrades as part of a US Eastern Time support model

🧠 Must Have Skills

✅ ServiceNow Event Management (hands-on)

✅ Workflows / Flow Designer / Sub-flows

✅ Integration with SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace (or similar)

SAP Integration Consultant (Apollo Source Systems to Staging)

• Analyze and understand business requirements, and design and develop appropriate SAP integration

solutions

• Configure and maintain SAP integration solutions from source SAP to staging [for o9

Implementation]

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP integration solutions

• Participate in cross-functional and project teams to ensure successful integration implementations

• Monitor and analyze system performance, and suggest and implement enhancements

• Stay up to date on current SAP integration technologies

Role and Responsibility:

 Developing firmware for robust embedded system devices

Candidate Skill Set:

 Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of Embedded C programming.

 Experience of firmware development on multiple microcontroller families like AVR, MSP430, STM32,

 Strong programming & debugging skills.

 Knowledge of IDE’s like Keil, AVR Studio, IAR, Cubesuit will be an added advantage.

 Hands on experience of working on wireless communication (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa, GSM/ GPRS)
