HR Assistant

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

• Work on GEO, AEO, and SGE initiatives to improve visibility across AI-driven search platforms

• Optimize content and digital experiences for conversational queries and LLM-based search

• Develop solutions using LLMs, NLP, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and vector databases

• Analyze search intent, AI-generated responses, citations, retrieval patterns, and content discoverability

• Build frameworks to measure GEO/AEO strategies and AI-search performance

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing, and Business teams

• Improve solution accuracy, relevance, latency, and user experience

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

✅ 1–4 years of professional experience

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO, or SGE

✅ Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or RAG systems

✅ Understanding of semantic search and entity-based optimization

✅ Exposure to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar LLM platforms

✅ Knowledge of schema, context building, content structuring, and knowledge representation

🎓 Preferred Education

B.Tech, M.Tech, Integrated M.Sc., or MS from a Tier-1 engineering institute such as IIT, NIT, BITS, VIT, DTU, or NSUT.

Responsibilities:
Creative Content Writer with experienced and good writing skills like Web Pages Content writer, blogs etc
Writing, editing and publishing engaging posts for social media networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter etc)
Optimizing social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behavior of our target audience
Selecting appealing graphics and videos for complementing text
Responding to comments and questions on  social media channels in a respectful and timely manner
Tracking and reporting on social media insights (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversion rates, shares etc.)
Applying advertising techniques for increasing brand awareness (e.g. promotions, competitions)
Updating our social media with the latest news
Coordinating with internal teams for creating advertising posts (e.g. for product releases, events and open roles)

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, , Journalism or a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Senior Content writer or Copywriter
Experience of working with MS Office and design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Experience with various social networks and platforms for advertisement purposes
Sound knowledge of keyword research, SEO and analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
Ability to create innovative web content, supported by relevant images and videos
Familiarity with paid advertisement
Proficiency in English
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
A keen eye for details
An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

What you need to have:

1.      Prepare Test Cases

2.      Conduct self, peer review

3.      Update test cases after reviewing the comments

4.      Conduct testing in the required environments

5.      Record Test observations

6.      Log Defects

7.      Verify defect fixes

8.      Provide status to Test Lead.

9.      Knowlegde of   Java or .Net  

JAVA, JSP, jQuery, Servlet, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring boot, SOAP and REST Web Services, Microservices, knowledge of SQL query, build tool like Ant and Maven, very good analytical and logical skills.

Good to have: Redis and Memcached cache management, JBOSS 7 and above, API gateway, Apache, EJB

Requirement

Role: Back end developer ( Python + Flask/Django, Location Mumbai, Marol):

Must have:

• 1-4 years hands on experience in Core Python with preferably Flask framework for complex web and mobile applications. 
• Deployment experience
• Must have experience with Mongodb, MySQL and AWS
• Experience in Redis, Aerospike 
• Good command of API development and deployment ( G Unicorn, Supervisor, Jenkins) Algorithms, system design, OOPS concepts.
• Agility and flexibility to in start up environement with focus on customer, excellent communication skills, and high level of responsibility and responsiveness.
• Project management, scheduling, allocation and delivery.
• Proven experience in agile development, sprint planning and backlog management.
