• Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs.

• Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.

• Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.

• Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.

• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.

• Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Hands on experience on AEM, JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix
• Develop AEM templates, components, fragments and experiences
• Work extensively in Core Java 1.8, JEE, AEM 6.2, AEM 6.1, AEM 6.0, CQ5.5, Apache CXF
• Translates business requirements into AEM specific implementation, specifications, designs, Authors content, etc.
• Make changes to AEM site content, assets, pages, workflow, etc.
• Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
• Diagnoses and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization

Techincal Skills

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of React.js and its fundamentals, ideally including modern features like hooks
• Excellent understanding of TypeScript/Javascript including the OOP concept and how shadow DOM and DOM work
• Experience with widely used React.js state managers like Flux/Redux
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc
• Knowledge of the overall browser rendering behaviour and measuring and optimising performance
