Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Campus Admin Officer to manage and maintain the Electrical, IT, and Communication systems The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by promptly identifying and resolving technical issues with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in office infrastructure.

Maintain office lights, fans, switches, and other electrical appliances.

Troubleshoot and monitor generators, UPS systems, and power supply cabling.

IT & Network Management:

Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.

Manage office LAN network, structured cabling, and WiFi connectivity.

Configure and support basic networking devices such as routers, modems, and switches.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and spare parts.

Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and AMCs.

Intercom & Communication Systems:

Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.

Coordinate with service providers for timely maintenance and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical and IT system maintenance.

Basic knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting.

Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or Marathi.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and manage daily operational requirements efficiently.

The role requires a dependable individual who can take complete ownership of campus maintenance functions and ensure uninterrupted office operations.

• Must have experience as CNC programmer for 5 years

• Must have good knowledge of VTL, Hobbing, Lathe machines

1.Hands-on Hyperion implementation experience in EPBCS.

2. Must have done atleast 2 implementation of Hyperion planning

3. Must understand application dimesionality, metadata setup, data forms creation, dashboard creation and setting up tasklists

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

5. Experience with EPBCS preferred

• Great with Python, SQL
• Can build, mentor a team
• Knowledge of key business metrics like cohort, engagement cohort, LTV, ROAS, ROE

Eligibility

BTech or MTech in Computer Science/Engineering from a Tier1, Tier2 colleges

Good knowledge on Data Analytics, Data Visualization tools. A formal certification would be added advantage.
