As a Content Writer at our company, you will:

• Write news articles, features, product reviews, and guides for our products.
• Be an integral part of our awards content stream and produce smart, attention-grabbing awards-focused news, features, and reviews.
• Write captivating headlines and teasers to ensure high content engagement across our site and key social media platforms.
• Review and refresh site content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is always relevant and optimized for the needs of our users.
• Ensure all published content meets our standards for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality.
• Collaborate on projects with in-house specialists in data, marketing, SEO, and PR.
• Keep abreast of developments in digital media, content marketing, and social media content.

You will anchor our sales and marketing to ensure that we reach our planned targets and more and will be responsible for overall sales targets and will work across channels (online and offline) to make them happen.

You will be responsible for growing sales on the multiple market places, website and online platforms and running marketing campaigns marketing wisely while monitoring KPIs to ensure high ROI.

You will also manage offline retail partnerships and help grow offline pressence of Wise Mama products.

• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
• Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
• Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
