BDM - Business Development Manager -
Job Summary:
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business
Development Manager to develop, implement and manage growth opportunities in
existing and new IT Markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid
track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
Expected Qqualities -
1. Experience in proposal writing
2. Confident enough to do international Client Communication using emails,
chat, audio and video call, Skype call
3. Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
4. Excellent expertise in Sales for the projects as IT Services, Web and software
Services, Website designing, PHP Development, iPhone and Android mobile
application etc. to clients.
5. Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal
writing.
6. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
7. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
8. Analytical and time-management skills
9. Up selling and cross selling skills
10. A flexible work schedules
Responsibilities
1. To identify profitable business opportunities based on the analysis of
potential profit margins, timescales, and competition
2. To develop and maintain a lead generation plan
3. To deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various
prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling, cold
calling, exhibitions, partnerships etc.
4. Responsible for costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
5. To negotiate contracts / SLAs that achieve company objectives
6. Offer account management support to the senior sales team for existing
accounts
7. To ensure the highest possible conversion rate of new leads into confirmed
new business
8. To identify and report on market trends, competitor activity, customer
demand, buying process developments and other relevant market intelligence
9. CRM Management

At least: 2+ years experience Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Ecommerce & Web)
Must Have: 1+ years experience with major eCommerce Projects ( Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce ) or CMS platforms preferred.

● In this role, you will support the revenue targets for the Agency team
● You will be Datawrkz ambassador in the market for the agency
relationships that you own and will be responsible for shaping up a
long-term business plan for the agency to make Datawrkz as the
preferred digital media partner

Required skills:

● Working knowledge of demand-side platforms, ad networks,
exchanges, or other online or digital advertising sales roles for
publishers or agencies
● Strong partnerships across agency holding groups and with large
digital media spenders on the client/brand side.
● Understanding of Media Agency’s way of working/ principles /
consultative selling will be an added advantage
● Should be both a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and
achieve sales targets
● Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client
conversations
● Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have
effective negotiations
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively and following up sales leads to generate sale.
- Responding to sales and service enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Negotiating the as per agreement terms and closing sales. Meet the Prospects and convert into business
