In our bank-led distribution model, our SDKs are integrated seamlessly into the bank’s mobile banking and internet banking application. Fisdom is the first wealthtech company in the country to launch a stock broking product for customers of a PSU bank.

The company is breaking down barriers by enabling access to wealth management to underserved customers. All our partners combined have a combined user base of more than 50 crore customers. This makes us uniquely placed to disrupt the wealthtech space which we believe is in its infancy in India in terms of wider adoption.

Our technology team

Today we are a 60-member strong technology team. Everyone in the team is a hands-on engineer, including the team leads and managers. Key Responsibilities

• Write code, build prototypes and resolve issues.
• Write and review unit test cases.
• Review code & designs for both oneself and team members
• Defining and building microservices
• Building systems with positive business outcome
• Tracking module health, usage & behaviour tracking.

Key Skills

• An engineer with at least 1-3 years of working experience in web services, preferably in Python
• Must have a penchant for good API design.
• Must be a stickler for good, clear and secure coding.
• Must have built and released APIs in production.
• Experience in working with RDBMS & NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of GCP, AWS, Azure or any other cloud provider.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis & creative problem solving skills.
• Communication skills, to speak to developers across the world

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

Mandatory Skills: 

•  Teamcenter Customization related to ITK, RAC, Active Workspace 
• Strong in programming skills like C, C++, Java & OOPS concepts 
• BMIDE Codeful and codeless customization 
• Teamcenter SOA development 
• TC Configuration e.g., Preferences, ACL, Style sheets etc. 
• Good exposure to Teamcenter data model, Architecture, BMIDE etc., 

What we are looking for: 

• Strong in programming skills like C, C++, Java & OOPS concepts 
• Should have strong knowledge in ITK and should be able to write Handlers, Extension, Scripts and programs 
• Should have good knowledge in RAC, Active workspace customization 
• Should have good knowledge in Workflows, BMIDE, Preferences, Stylesheets, Access Rules, Query Builder, Project etc 
• Should have strong technical capabilities and functional knowledge in multiple PLM Modules. 
• Should have very good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model 

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages

• Test and debug various .NET applications

· Hands on experience with JAMF tools like Recon , Composure , remote and Admin

Roles & Responsibilities :

• You’ll work as part of the software engineering team along with other front-end, back-end, mobile app, QA teams & you will also closely work with the founder.
• You should be able to take the ownership of a project end to end.
• Your primary focus will be to build, implement & maintain the complete back-end stack of the product.
• You will create production grade code and will implement the solutions which run bug free.
• Participate in product development discussions and product development road-maps.
• Collaborate with members across departments to identify and build on improvements to product, process and systems.

• Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of software development experience.
• Experience of working on application architecture design will be preferred.
• Experience of working in at least 1 or 2 projects, managing or leading the entire tasks.
• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes, Agile methodologies & CI/CD  automation process.
• Knowledge of Queueing technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Version control using Git.
• Experience in microservices architecture, in-memory systems like Redis and basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience of building applications processing large volumes of streaming data will be preferred.
• Experience from a middle size company or from a startup will be preferred.
• BE/MCA/MSc in Computers/Information technology with a good academic record.

You are a stellar engineer and will write production quality code 70-80% of the time.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

•             Assist IT staff with the delivery, installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software.

•             Maintain employees' access on associated computer systems and/or phone/voicemail systems

•             Assist employees with Smartphones, Laptops and Tablets

•             Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

•             Ensure desktop computers and users interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.

•             Works with senior IT staff to purchase hardware and software.

•             Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.

•             In Person, Phone, Email and Ticket support with onsite and remote employees.

•             Manage Ticket pipeline within stated SLA's.

•             Performs all other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:

•             Experience troubleshooting hardware issues remotely.

•             Experience installing software, patches and updates on Desktops and Laptops remotely

•             Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems

•             Mortgage Industry experience a plus

•             High School Diploma required
