Responsibilities:
• Educating customers by presenting and explaining retail products,
answering queries, and helping customers make selections by building
customer confidence and offering suggestions/opinions
• Replenishing retail shelves as per store requirement
• Managing store visual merchandising and managing customer billing and
gift-wrapping
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records and supporting the
Store Manager in stock reconciliations
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile.
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an
added advantage.
Data AnalyticsRoles and Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
2. Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
3. Manage the entire proposal life-cycle which will include scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.
4. Working closely and collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions.
5. Ensuring that the company service can deliver on the client's requirements.
6. Working closely with clients to understand and capture requirements.
7. Replying to clients following requests for information and proposal requests.
8. Presenting proposals to clients alongside members of the sales team.
9. Producing detailed costings for clients and ensuring the contract is profitable.
10. Providing the estimation to sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service for our microscopy products, including installation, maintenance, and repair at client sites across India.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers, helping them understand and optimize product use.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all services are performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and build long-term relationships.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet client needs and provide on-site technical support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the medical devices or microscopy industry.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and microscopy products is preferred.
