Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Including plant-wise costing, inventory reports, and Manufacturing Plant Profit & Loss
- Analyze financial data and suggest improvements
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Work with plant and internal teams to collect and manage financial information
- Identify financial risks or issues and share with management
- Support audits and ensure financial compliance
- Present financial reports and suggestions to management
Manufacturing-Specific Duties:
- Provide timely data on product cost and inventory for each plant
- Coordinate with plant teams for reporting and decision-making needs
- Maintain a strong cost accounting system and suggest cost-saving measures
- Reconcile inventory data, including weight/process loss entries
- Handle finance-related tasks for new plant setups, including agreement reviews
- Review work of manufacturing accounts team and help resolve their queries
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and manufacturing operations
- Good in Excel and financial systems
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Team player with clear communication
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory
- Independent, reliable, and committed

Resume Screening : Conduct detailed reviews of candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in the internal database.
Lead Interview Process : Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit and ensure alignment with role requirements.
Skill & Experience Matching : Evaluate candidates' qualifications and professional backgrounds to match them with suitable roles across IT and Non-IT domains.
Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout the selection and onboarding process.
Employer Branding : Represent and promote Hunarstreet Technologies as an employer of choice to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience : Deliver a seamless and professional experience for every candidate during the hiring journey.
Advanced Sourcing Techniques : Apply innovative sourcing strategies to connect with passive and niche talent.
Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
