Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, IT Support, etc.).
• Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social networks, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (customize range as needed).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and technical roles.
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS tools, and social sourcing.
