About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist with deep real-time voice AI experience and strong backend engineering skills.

1. You’ll own and scale our end-to-end voice agent pipeline that powers AI SDRs, customer support 2. agents, and internal automation agents on calls. This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you’ll design and optimize low-latency, high-reliability voice systems.

3. You’ll work closely with our founders, product, and platform teams, with significant ownership over architecture, benchmarks.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the voice stack end-to-end – from telephony / WebRTC entrypoints to STT, turn-taking, LLM reasoning, and TTS back to the caller.

2. Design for real-time – architect and optimize streaming pipelines for sub-second latency, barge-in, interruptions, and graceful recovery on bad networks.

3. Integrate and tune models – evaluate, select, and integrate STT/TTS/LLM/VAD providers (and self-hosted models) for different use-cases, balancing quality, speed, and cost.

4. Build orchestration & tooling – implement agent orchestration logic, evaluation frameworks, call simulators, and dashboards for latency, quality, and reliability.

5. Harden for production – ensure high availability, observability, and robust fault-tolerance for thousands of concurrent calls in customer VPCs.

6. Shape the voice roadmap – influence how voice fits into our broader Agentic OS vision (simulation, analytics, multi-agent collaboration, etc.).

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

1. 6+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack) in production systems.

2. Strong experience building real-time voice agents or similar systems using:

STT / ASR (e.g. Whisper, Deepgram, Assembly, AWS Transcribe, GCP Speech)

TTS (e.g. ElevenLabs, PlayHT, AWS Polly, Azure Neural TTS)

VAD / turn-taking and streaming audio pipelines

LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, local models)

3. Proven track record designing and operating low-latency, high-throughput streaming systems (WebRTC, gRPC, websockets, Kafka, etc.).

4. Hands-on experience integrating ML models into live, user-facing applications with real-time inference & monitoring.

5. Solid backend skills with Python and TypeScript/Node.js; strong fundamentals in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.

6. Experience with cloud infrastructure – especially AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, SQS/Kafka, API Gateway, load balancers).

7. Comfortable working in Kubernetes / Docker environments, including logging, metrics, and alerting.

8. Startup DNA – at least 2 years in an early or mid-stage startup where you shipped fast, owned outcomes, and worked close to the customer.

Nice to Have

1. Experience self-hosting AI models (ASR / TTS / LLMs) and optimizing them for latency, cost, and reliability.

2. Telephony integration experience (e.g. Twilio, Vonage, Aircall, SignalWire, or similar).

3. Experience with evaluation frameworks for conversational agents (call quality scoring, hallucination checks, compliance rules, etc.).

4. Background in speech processing, signal processing, or dialog systems.

5. Experience deploying into enterprise VPC / on-prem environments and working with security/compliance constraints.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience building Java & React JS/Node JS applications, in a service-based architecture.
• Need hands on current experience on Java 8+, React JS/Node JS and above, Java script, Angular JS, JUnit, XML, Spring, Spring Boot, rest APIs, and SQL. 
• Hands on experience with version control, build integration and messaging technologies.
• Need to demonstrate in-depth understanding of OOO principles, design patterns and threading techniques.
• Strong web Services background required.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization and be effective with both business and technical teams.

• Strong Snowflake Cloud database experience Database developer.

• Candidate should have strong ETL & database design/modelling skills.

1. The Full Stack batch (Python, React, ROR, Node) is starting from 3rd March.

Sr Product Manager / Lead Product Manager – Data Platform

At Amagi we are looking for a product leader to build world class big data and analytics platform to help our teams in making data driven decisions and to accelerate our business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is innovative and experienced in end-to-end product management to drive our long-term data and analytics strategy.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for owning product roadmap and KPIs, driving product operational tasks to ensure configurable and scalable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the product requirements to build real time, highly scalable, low latency data platform.
• Author PRD and define the strategic roadmap.
• Lead the Product design, MVPs and POCs and fast track deliveries
• Collaborate with various functions and design the most effective solutions.
• Understand customer needs and define the data solutions and insights to drive business outcomes
• Define key product performance metrices to drive business and customer outcomes

Basic Qualification

• 12+ years of overall SDLC experience with 7+ years of product management experience in fast paced company.

• Knowledge of data pipeline design, data transformation and integration methodologies.
• Technically savvy with experience in big data systems like AWS, RedShift, Athena, Kafka and related technologies

We are looking for a System Engineer who can manage requirements and data management in Rational Doors and Siemens Polarion. You will be part of a global development team with resources in China, Sweden and the US.

Responsibilities and tasks

1. Import of requirement specifications to DOORS module
   1. Create module structure according to written specification (e-mail, word, etc)
   2. Format: reqif, word, excel, pdf, csv
   3. Make adjustments to data required to be able to import to tool
   4. Review that the result is readable and possible to work with

• Having working knowledge in ASPICE and handling requirements according to ASPICE L2
• Experience in setting up offshore delivery that best fits the expectations of the customer
• Experience in setting up quality processes and ways of working
• Experience in metrics management – propose, capture and share metrics with internal/ external stakeholders
• Good Communication skills in English
