Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate calls of insurance sales agents as per quality standards

Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance, and regulatory norms

Identify gaps in calls and provide constructive feedback to agents

Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share insights with the team

Support process improvement and training initiatives

Maintain quality benchmarks and improve overall customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: 6 months to 2 years as QA in Health or Life Insurance Sales Process

Good knowledge of insurance products and QA parameters

Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹28,000 (In-hand)

Other Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred

What you need to have:

• Leading a team of researchers in certain projects, if and when required by the business
• Understanding the competitive landscape within each market
• Proposing research studies that will lead to impactful business decisions
• Developing and establishing a well-defined roadmap before starting a research project
• Working hand-in-hand with the business in understanding the various market, economic or such questions which are to be answered through relevant research
• Designing the research methodology and also Identifying and locating relevant information related to the particular research
• Identifying various data sources, collecting and analyzing data relevant to the research topic and also supporting in report-writing
• Performing statistical and qualitative analysis of data related to markets and competitors
• Planning and implementing project research processes and methodologies
• Monitoring the project output, analyzing the final conclusion and utility of the same in line with the business needs

• Masters in Economics or Public Policy is a must
• 3 – 5 years of experience in managing research process and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to details
• Ability to gather relevant data from various sources
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Experience in leading a team of researchers is preferred    

Job Description:

Candidate must have 2 to 5-years of experience in various phase of development of a python-based application or API development.

Requirements:

Must Have:  Strong expertise in PYTHON and its built-in data structures, developing API using flask or fastapi, data wrangling using standard python frameworks like pandas, NumPy etc., integration of various applications (third party or inhouse) with python.

Good to Have: Deployment using Nginx, GUnicorn, IIS, docker and Kubernetes etc. Good understanding of optimization solutions like differential evolution. Hands on experience with python packages like Scipy.  Tkinter to make python-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding/gathering the requirements from stakeholder, formulating the problem, and leveraging AI/ML to solve the business problems.
• Integration of third party or in house application with python solution.
• Working on Deployment and optimization of various engineering problems using Numerical/Constraint optimization frameworks such as Differential Evolution and deploy a web-based API using Flask and Nginx/IIS.
• Unit testing of various python modules developed and testing of the API.

• A Software Engineer Test (SDET) at Zupee is a master of all. It combines the "building" aspect of software engineering with the "breaking" aspect of software test engineering. You’ll be writing code that automatically verifies the quality of the product.

• Experience in Manual Testing & Automation - UI and Functionality.
• Experience in Database using any ETL tool.
• Good knowledge in writing SQL Queries and understanding of Complex SQL Queries.
• Experience in Functionality, Compatibility, Integration and Regression Testing.
• Experience in preparing Test scenarios and writing Test cases for UI, Functionality, API and Database testing.
• Hands Experience in ,white box testing, Test Case execution, result generation, status reporting and Defect reporting, Regression Testing, JIRA
• Experience in API testing using POSTMAN or any REST API testing tool.
• Good knowledge on any automation tool and Framework
• Technical Documentation - Test case, Test Plan, Matrixes and Reporting.

• Experience in Java/Python programming (testing area)
• 1-4.5 Years of experience with acumen for Automation Testing
• Experience in back end testing (ETL, API, Services, Data Center Automation etc)
• Experience in Frontend and/or RPA testing (Selenium, Robot Framework)
• Experience in designing and managing test suites for aforementioned use cases
• Experience in testing Android/iOS apps and performing ui automation for either is a plus
• Prior experience in using tools like Testrail, jira and confluence is a plus
• Good analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills required.
• Work well in a collaborative, team based environment (both work autonomously and as part of a team)
