Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and integration of AI technologies within our digital platform, focusing on LLMs like ChatGPT.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to embed AI capabilities that enhance user experiences and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BE/BS/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from top-tier universities.
• Relevant Projects/Internship in AI development, with a specific focus on prompt engineering with LLMs like ChatGPT.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development and a passion for coding.
• Solid understanding of AI principles, machine learning models, and the ability to apply them in creating impactful solutions.
• Knowledge of deep learning for computer vision and (or) NLP
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of deploying AI solutions at scale.

• Be a part of the initial team to define and set up a best-in-class digital platform for the Private Credit industry, and take full ownership of the components of the digital platform
• You will build robust and scalable web-based applications and need to think of platforms & reuse
• Driving and active contribution to High-Level Designs(HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor team members in adopting effective coding practices. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, focusing on both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of backend systems through proper testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to maintain code quality and project timelines.
• Simply, be an owner of the platform and do whatever it takes to get the required output for customers
• Be curious about product problems and have an open mind to dive into new domains eg: gen-AI.

Qualifications

• experience in backend development
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g.,Python, Golang, Node.js, Java) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.
• Good understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming
• Extensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Experience of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development

What you'll do:

Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications using React.js .

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Knowledge of bundling tools and dynamic loading of components.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.

Share/enhance insights and talent in a collaborative work environment responsible for building quick prototypes

What makes you a great fit:

3-5 years of experience developing UI applications

Must be proficient with ReactJS

Knowledge in one of react frameworks with server components is an added advantage like Next. JS, Remix.

Experience with popular React.js state management libraries (such as Redux or Zustand)

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Must be proficient with HTML/CSS and responsiveness.

Exposure to a variety of UI frameworks is a strong plus, specifically AngularJS and/or EmberJS

Experience with TypeScript a plus

Experience with testing frameworks such as JEST is a plus

Work closely with the designers, backend engineers to build a holistic user experience. Help define and interact with REST based API's.

Exposure to Web Security, Microservices, AWS components, and Cloud concepts a plus

Strong attention to detail, with an eye toward pixel-perfection

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

As a QA Associate at Binocs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. With a direct reporting line to the QA Lead, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and executing test plans to identify software issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in engineering, experience in fintech or finance software companies, and a passion for quality assurance and detail-oriented testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure software quality.
• Issue Documentation: Document and track bugs, as well as collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in testing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Software Validation: Validate that product features meet requirement specifications and are free of defects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management and development teams to understand product vision and deliver software that aligns with customer and market needs.

Qualifications:
