Founder has 20+ years experience in the industry across the US, Asia and India. Looking For: ​ ​ an action and results oriented Software Development Manager with proven experience of leading a team of talented engineers in a fast paced environment. Who you are: ● You are an ambitious problem solver who knows that technology is changing at a tremendous speed and what you learnt yesterday may not be relevant today. ● You are process oriented, ask the right questions, keen on learning about new technologies and their application to solve real world problem. ● You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or Equivalent) from one of the leading IIT's . ● Hands on technical leader with 7+ years of current experience developing consumer facing web applications using JAVA, Javascript, Angular 4, Spring Framework, HTML, SQL, NOSQL​ , Microservices ● Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP or AWS is mandatory. ● Demonstrated track record of project delivery for large cross-functional projects with evolving requirements. ● Experience with the full SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. ● Experience solving for scale with micro-apps and service-oriented architecture Commitment to quality and velocity ● Results oriented with the ability to encourage passion in others ● Relentless high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo) and uses data to make technical and product decisions What you will do: Own and manage product/software development lifecycle ● Lead a highly talented team of software engineers. ● Manage and execute against the project plans and delivery commitments. ● Be a hands on architect to make technical decisions and be someone who the team can look up to for making technology decisions. ● Responsible for all technical activities related to product delivery.● Setting and owning all the milestones for the software development lifecycle. ● Work with Product Management to capture the product vision ● Provide status updates to the software team and executive management ● Prioritize requirements and product release ● Drive technical and process improvement Build and Manage software development team ● Ensure the team is following process protocols and removing barriers to their success. ● Provide guidance and mentorship ● Build next level leadership in the software team ● Work with Sr. Management to build the team What you get: ​ A highly competitive package and a chance to participate in a life altering business plan that will fundamentally disrupt and change one of the largest industry segments in the country and the world.
