Job Description:

1. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for payment platforms.
2. Collaborate with product owners and domain SMEs to define workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. Lead functional workshops, event-storming, and sprint grooming sessions.
4. Translate regulatory and business rules into implementable stories across payment lifecycle modules.

Domain requirements:

1. Strong understanding of account-to-account payment flows, especially in ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, FedNow.
2. Knowledge of clearing/settlement processes, exception handling, and regulatory requirements (NACHA, ISO 20022, PSD2).
3. Experience working with payment hubs, onboarding systems, or banking platforms.

Technologies required:

1. Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Task management tools.
2. Writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs with traceability.
3. Familiarity with API specifications, Swagger/OpenAPI.

Job Description:

As a Backend Developer, you will:

• Implement server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Integrate machine learning models for fraud detection, enhancing the security and reliability of our applications.
• Manage database operations, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of data storage and retrieval.

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.

Project/Process:

• Responsible for service Request fulfillment, Incident Mgmt (First level resolution) for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
