Job Description:
As a Backend Developer, you will:
- Implement server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Integrate machine learning models for fraud detection, enhancing the security and reliability of our applications.

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.
Project/Process:
