About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join Tesco’s Security & Compliance team.
You will act as the bridge between Security stakeholders and the Database (DB) team, driving cross-functional programs, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and managing enterprise-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, large-matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison between Security and Database teams for program execution.
- Translate security requirements into actionable tasks for engineering & DB teams.
- Own end-to-end program delivery – scope, timeline, quality.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks proactively.
- Drive and support compliance & audit activities (e.g., with Deloitte).
- Track, monitor, and report program progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain governance documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of total experience, 8+ years in Technical Program Management.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination within matrix environments.
- Strong understanding of security & database concepts.
- Exposure to IT security compliance/audit frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in managing audit cycles or acting as audit PoC.
- Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in large enterprise environments (retail, e-commerce preferred).
Good to Have
- PMP / Prince2 / Scrum certification.
- Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or data governance.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries.
The job would entail managing. nurturing and converting leads generated from the ads and promotions. Client interaction via phone, whataspp. Community management on the LMS and Whatsapp community. Creating Reports, analytics and presentations for the sales funnel, Centre Manager who can coordinate amidst the marketing, ops, social media and trainers team and maintain an effective schedule of services to be offered annually. Additionally, Ability to multitask and work as executive assistant would be appreciated,

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and quality assurance to communicate customer feedback and improve products and services.
- Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and support processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to technical support.

Profile Summary
We are looking for experienced and skilled Frontend (React.Js) Developers to join our
core team. Your primary focus will be the development of new features and refinement of
existing features on user-side.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product delivery is fast, low-cost and sustainable.
- Take responsibility from development to customer support.
- Build robust and scalable production software.
- Improve quality using code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
- Improve efficiency using automation, and methods like test driven development.
Skills & Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience in React.Js , Javascript, any experience in React native is a plus
- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 ).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience in working with the MERN stack or similar frameworks
- Working knowledge of git for version control.
- Understanding of Unix tools.
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
