Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for technology and non-technology roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to find suitable candidates and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and team leads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined recruitment process.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified professionals by developing relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
• Employer Branding: Actively promote Wissen Technology's employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring a strong presence in the job market.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage compensation discussions and job offers in alignment with the company's salary structure.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements, including diversity and inclusion goals.

Required Skills:

• Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the technology domain.
• Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), professional networking platforms, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and candidates effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Proven track record of hiring for tech and non-tech roles in a competitive market.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

This role will report to the Chief Technology Officer

You Will Be Responsible For

* Driving decision-making on enterprise architecture and component-level software design to our software platforms' timely build and delivery.

* Leading a team in building a high-performing and scalable SaaS product.

* Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and follow best practices

* DevOps practice development on promoting automation, including asset creation, enterprise strategy definition, and training teams

* Developing and building microservices leveraging cloud services

* Working on application security aspects

* Driving innovation within the engineering team, translating product roadmaps into clear development priorities, architectures, and timely release plans to drive business growth.

* Creating a culture of innovation that enables the continued growth of individuals and the company

* Working closely with Product and Business teams to build winning solutions

* Led talent management, including hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class team

Ideal Profile

* You possess a Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 20+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a 10+ years of experience leading teams and at least 4 Years of experience in building a SaaS / Fintech platform.

* Proficiency in MERN / Java / Full Stack.

* Led a team in optimizing the performance and scalability of a product

* You have extensive experience with DevOps environment and CI/CD practices and can train teams.

* You're a hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.

* You can work in fast-paced environments and communicate asynchronously with geographically distributed teams.

• Oversees all company social media accounts management and reporting.

It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen the doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience.

As a Technical Writer (Consultant), you will work with teams of engineers to create internal technical documentation. This will include technical architecture diagrams, flow diagrams, API documentation and microservice details.

You will also be responsible for writing knowledge base articles for a technical audience.

What you will do:

• Documenting product architecture, APIs, technical specifications
• Developing and writing high-quality technical documents meeting industry standards

Role & Responsibility

As a Backend Developer, You will be involved in all aspects of development playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development. You will be working closely with Tech, Design and Quality team to build and launch the product.

• Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship
• Design, implement and maintain highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and release products
• Take responsibility for performance and stability for all server functions

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, preferably from IITs/Top RECs

• Experience with e-business/e-commerce applications and business environment is a must
