Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects

Job Description:

As a Visual Design Intern, you will work alongside our design team to create visually stunning designs for our website and application. You will be responsible for creating banners, illustrations, iconography, and other visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Collaborating in the design team to create and execute visual designs for the website and application.
• Creating banners, illustrations, iconography, and other visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
• Assisting with the production of design deliverables and ensuring the quality of the final product.
• Contributing to the development of new design concepts and ideas.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) & Figma
• Knowledge of design principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience creating designs for websites and applications.
• Know how on use of AI in text-to-image generation to speed up the design process

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of building out and extending campaigns across different touchpoints

• Will advocate for a good user experience across our digital touchpoints, ranging from website, social media, newsletters, etc.

• Identify the tools, templates and techniques that evolve existing approaches for the larger creative community
• Closely working with marketing team understanding the exact requirement for the creative & tech part
• You will conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Design and development (Design/HTML/CSS.) emails, landing pages and other digital assets.
• Will Manage social media post Design, SEO pages design & html Part, Responsive Emailer.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Marketing.

• Research, assist and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of UI/UX experience in product companies.
• Outstanding UI abilities, a keen eye for good design shown, and an extensive portfolio of live projects.
• Good Knowledge Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, Figma, HTML5,
• Deep knowledge of Modern UI patterns
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process (personas, scenarios, wireframing, and high-fidelity visuals).
• Understanding of principles of visual design and composition, gestalt’s laws, colour theory, laws of UX, etc.
• Understanding of implementation challenges across mobile (iOS and Android), web and hybrid solutions. Working knowledge of responsive grids.
• Proficiency in responsive web designing and knowledge about HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping.
• Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences

• Providing creative direction for visual design 
• Creating processes to improve quality & streamline work for the UI design team in collaboration with UX designers, PMs, technology and QA.
• Growing, managing & mentoring a diverse team of UI designers, graphic designers & illustrators
• Conceiving a robust creative vision and executable strategy for the UI design function in close collaboration with the product, UX & Agile engineering teams
• Being an integral part of the creation, implementation, and company-wide application of a design system

• Has experience of working in a graphics environment, to a brief and delivering to deadlines with some evidence of design management capability

• Should optimize existing graphics and video content
• Use of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and G Suite.
