Manage campaigns from onboarding and setup through execution, optimisation, and final delivery.

Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, target audience, budgets, and KPIs.

Coordinate with clients, affiliate partners, publishers, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance, including clicks, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, revenue, and ROI.

Ensure campaigns achieve agreed delivery targets within the specified timelines and budgets.

Maintain tracking links, pixels, postbacks, UTM parameters, and campaign dashboards.

Conduct regular lead-quality checks and identify duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent leads.

Analyse daily and weekly campaign data and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Prepare and share campaign performance, delivery, and reconciliation reports.

Allocate campaigns among affiliate partners based on performance and delivery capacity.

Troubleshoot campaign tracking, integration, lead-flow, and delivery-related issues.

Coordinate with CRM, ad operations, sales, finance, and technical teams.

Maintain accurate campaign records, partner payouts, invoices, and reconciliation data.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, scalability, and profitability.
