Armed with the advance knowledge of the diamond industry and driven by a passion for brilliance, in 1995, Mr. Vinod Jain opened the doors of his own diamond company, Finestar Diamonds, in Mumbai, India. His innate entrepreneurial instinct and tireless perseverance, combined with over 4 decades of experience, has brought Finestar Diamonds to the forefront of the international diamond industry and earned it the reputation of a leading, ethical and trustworthy organisation. Over the last five years, Finestar Diamonds has accomplished some of its own significant milestones by becoming a De Beers Group Sightholder and a Rio Tinto Select Diamantiare [2019]. We have also become a part of Forevermark India and remain one of the largest distributors of the Canadamark hallmark program. On the manufacturing front, we have set up a state of the art diamond manufacturing factory in Surat and Beneficiation factories in Botswana and Namibia. Finestar Diamonds has a global presence with operations in India, USA, Belgium, UAE, Hong Kong, China and Japan. Innovation, transparency and superlative quality remain fundamental to the growth of our global manufacturing, marketing and distribution network. We responsibly source all our rough diamonds directly from mining companies which, with the help of advanced technology, enables the creation of a traceable, trackable and verifiable record of the milestones along the journey of a diamond, for every diamond purchased from Finestar Diamonds. While staying grounded in our roots, we acknowledge and support the evolution of the diamond industry by making innovation and technology key focus areas. Finestar is also one of the early adopters of TRACR- the Diamond Industry's Blockchain Traceability platform.
