This role exists to ensure that every signed deal becomes a live, production-grade deployment in weeks—not months.

What you’ll do

This is not a support or integration role.

You will operate like a Forward Deployed Engineer — owning delivery end-to-end.

1. Own deployments from SOW → go-live

• Deploy integrations across insurers like HDFC Life, SBI Life, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance
• Deliver first successful interaction within 15 days of SOW signature
• Work directly in live enterprise environments (not sandbox demos)

2. Reduce time-to-value aggressively

• Take deployment timelines from 90 days → 30 days within 6 months
• Identify bottlenecks across:
• APIs
• Data availability
• Customer dependencies
• Internal workflows
• Fix systems — don’t escalate problems

3. Build the integration playbook

• Standardize deployments across:
• Policy admin systems (LifeAsia, Ingenium)
• CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Telephony systems like Exotel
• Create reusable templates, connectors, and workflows
• Ensure every deployment becomes faster than the last

4. Work on real enterprise systems

• Active accounts include:
• Chola, Generali, TVS Finance, Home Credit, Brigade, DLF, Jaro, Delhivery
• Handle:
• Incomplete APIs
• Legacy systems
• Integration edge cases
• Own resolution end-to-end

5. Translate business → production systems

• Understand use cases like:
• Renewals / persistency
• Claims servicing
• Sales and onboarding workflows
• Convert requirements into:
• Working integrations
• Live agent workflows
• Production-ready systems

What success looks like

• Deployments go live in ≤ 15 days
• Time-to-first-interaction becomes predictable and repeatable
• Integration effort reduces with each new customer
• Customers see real value in weeks, not quarters

Who you are

• You have 2-5 years of experience building or integrating systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, CRMs, and backend systems
• You don’t wait for perfect specs — you figure things out and ship
• You think in systems and outcomes, not tickets
• You are comfortable being customer-facing and accountable

RESPONSIBILITIES SKILLS REQUIRED Build automated pipelines from TikTok Seller Center — live dashboards, no manual exports. Script and configure API-based automation flows (Make, Zapier, Python) from scratch. Use Claude AI daily to accelerate analysis, write code, and generate report narratives. Own the Growth team's full reporting cadence — weekly, monthly, ad-hoc. Support TikTok Shop daily operations: monitor KPIs, flag anomalies, coordinate data needs. Present insights and strategy to C-level stakeholders — concise, visual, confident. Required Technical Skills:

• Hands-on project experience with Nest.Js
• Strong experience with Express.Js framework
• Hands-on experience in data modeling and schema design in MongoDB

• Be a key contributor to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of our public APIs.
