Strong B2B Tech Sales profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than

• Strong UX-focused Product Design Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ YOE in Product Design, with a focus on UX Research, Designs and Design Operations, primarily in the B2B domain
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience with Large-scale B2B Enterprise products, and should be leading multiple verticals in the ERP products
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience in Project Management and Design operations - Like leading Design sprints, team task allocation, delivery planning, estimation and execution.
• Mandatory (Designation) – Must be Manager / Staff or above designation in Current role
• Mandatory (Team Managememt) - Must have atleast recent 2+ YOE as a Team Manager (Not mentoring, should be in a complete Manager role)
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have strong B2B Products Case Studies for Complex B2B Enterprise level applications, with multiple connected modules (Dont want just simple UI screens in portfolio)
• Mandatory (Company) - Large-Scale B2B SaaS / Enterprise-level Products

• Perform complex and varied applications support. Build, maintain & modify within a large environment;

• Demonstrate functional knowledge in relevant clinical applications (OE-PCS-PHA-EDM-ITS-RAD-LAB-MIC-BBK-PTH)
• Demonstrate functional knowledge in Clinical Documentation
• Must have hands-on build and troubleshooting experience
• Must be able to quickly identify and resolve complex system issues

Basic Qualifications:

• Implementation and support experience within a MEDITECH Environment
• Bachelors Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, Marketing related field or equivalent and relevant work experience
