    Identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans

Document Control

    Maintain records for all documents pertaining to the site –

drawing transmittals, DBR, MOM, approvals etc

    Organize and conduct review meetings

    Preparing & circulating weekly & monthly progress report

QS &Billing

    Valuation of works done periodically and certification of all vendor bills

    Track cost variation in order value

    Monitor basic price of various materials and track budgets

    Monitor and report cost performance through Earned Value

Job Description

We’re looking for a Social & Ad Content Creation Intern who understands what grabs attention and drives action. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ideate, create, and execute high-performing content and ad creatives across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and other platforms as required.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form videos, reels, static creatives, and stories for social media & paid ads

Assist in conceptualizing ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives (awareness, engagement, conversions)

Develop monthly/weekly content & ad idea calendars for agency and client brands

Coordinate with design, performance marketing, and production teams

Requirements

Strong interest in content creation for social & ads

Actively creating content for a brand, personal brand, or collaborations

Understanding of hooks, trends, reels formats, and ad creatives

Basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook ad-friendly content styles

Comfortable brainstorming creative ideas for performance marketing

Good communication and coordination skills

Previous social media / content internships are a plus (not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

         User Interface Development:

●     Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web and mobile user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

●     Ensure consistent and pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs across different browsers and devices.

         Optimization:

●     Optimize UI code and assets for performance, speed, and scalability.

●     Implement responsive design principles for seamless user experiences on various screen sizes.

         Cross-Functional Collaboration:

●     Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts and wireframes into functional web interfaces.

●     Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.

         Testing and Debugging:

●     Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve front-end issues and ensure a smooth user experience.

●     Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Candidate Profile:

         Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.

         Front-End Development Skills:

●     Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

●     Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.

         Experience: Previous experience in front-end development, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills and projects you've worked on.

         Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.

         Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot front-end issues effectively.

         Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

         Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
