React JS- Developer

Location - Bangalore

We are looking for a Staff Full stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to help shape, scale, and continuously evolve our platform. In this role, you will take ownership of application architecture across the stack, drive frontend excellence, and influence engineering standards across multiple teams and products.

What You’ll Do -

• Define and evolve application architecture across frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Design and build modern, data-rich web applications to visualize and interact with complex industrial data.

• Take end-to-end ownership of critical features across the stack from discovery to release and observability.

• Drive frontend architecture, component design, performance optimization, and technical quality across teams.

• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data integration layers where needed.

• Establish and promote best practices in design systems, code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

• Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to align on architecture and delivery.

• Mentor engineers and guide teams in adopting scalable patterns and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Bring (Must-Have) -

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Deep hands-on expertise with a modern frontend framework (Angular preferred).

• Proven experience defining and scaling frontend architecture for complex, enterprise-grade applications.

• Strong experience with Node.js and backend service development (APIs, microservices).

• Solid understanding of API design, frontend-backend integration, and state management.

• Strong experience in Object-Oriented Design, system design, and service-oriented architecture.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, observability, and CI/CD practices.

• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering standards across teams.

Nice to Have -

• Experience with MEAN stack (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Angular).

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or distributed systems.

• Experience with design systems, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.

• Experience with 3D visualization libraries (e.g., WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• Experience architecting or developing mobile applications (e.g., Flutter or similar frameworks).

• Exposure to data platforms, analytics systems, or GenAI/LLM-based applications.

UI Development - Intern

Converts into a full time ‘UI Developer’ position based on performance

A UI Developer, for an early-stage Analytics startup who can help us translate UX designs into a responsive and rich user interface. Also help in improving design/functionality of product. End goal is to achieve product-market objectives

The candidate will have rich learning into what goes into designing, developing, and scaling a product from scratch. A chance to grow into a UI Development Owner in medium term

Responsibilities

1. Own UI Development closely with UX / Technology Owner

2. Implement and maintain product UI modules/sub-systems.

3. Perform bug verification, release testing and support for assigned products.

4. Conduct unit testing and integration testing.

5. Make sure the delivered product matches the business requirements.
