What you will do:

 

You’ll join our Talent/ People team of 5, which is made up of a Head of Talent from the UK, Head of People from India and a TAM, HR Associate and HR Intern from Vietnam.

We are looking for someone to diversify our market knowledge even further, to enable us to hire an additional 80+ employees by the end of 2022.

With no limitations on location, you’ll use your recruitment expertise to recruit the best talent around the world across multiple departments. Your main focus will be on Engineering, Design, and Product role.

Working with a world-class globally distributed team, you will:

Identify and hire the best talents in multiple departments across all seniority levels

Work very closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and also provide education on recruitment processes

Research, post jobs on job boards and social channels

In addition to CV and job application screening you’ll actively source candidates from multiple platforms

Research and attend events beneficial to attracting the right candidates

Continually refine our employer branding and marketing recruitment strategies and activities

Build and grow our talent pools, building a talent pipeline before a position opens

Work with the Head of People on our benefits and package offering to ensure we’re competitive in the market

Job requirements

At least 5 years of extensive full cycle recruitment experience in Tech Hiring for APAC region

Minimum of 3 year’s experience recruiting Product Managers, Software Engineers and UI/UX Designers

Someone proactive and always looking for ways to improve, taking feedback very seriously and knowing when to push back on decisions

Creative when it comes to candidate attraction. You don’t rely on job ads, you find those ‘star’ candidates and ensure you find a way to attract them!

  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience as DevOps engineer with hands on experience in cloud technologies preferably AWS

  • Highly skilled in Unix/Linux and knowledge

  • Must have experience in automation for CI/CD - Terraform (GitLab /Jenkins / CloudFormation a plus)

  • Hands on experience in building and operating workload in Kubernetes and experience is Container technologies (such as Docker).
