• Dynatrace Expertise: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across diverse environments, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cloud Integration: Utilize expertise in AWS and Azure to seamlessly integrate Dynatrace monitoring into cloud-based architectures, leveraging PaaS services and IAM roles for efficient monitoring and management.

• Inter-Account Integration: Develop and implement integration strategies for seamless communication and monitoring across multiple AWS accounts, leveraging Terraform and IAM roles.
• Experience working with On-premise Application and Infrastructure
• Experience with AWS & Azure and Cloud Certified.
• Dynatrace Experience & Certification

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to meet the organization's workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and other relevant details.
2. Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
3. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
9. Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
10. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including completing pre-employment checks and paperwork.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
3. 1-3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
5. Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
10. Highly organized with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

·  Candidate should be graduate / Undergraduate
.   Fresher or more than six months healthcare domain would be preferred.
·  Excellent Communication skills and listening skills

Responsibilities

·  Have to resolve customer queries over Calls
·  Answering queries in a polite manner and provide accurate replies to      the query.
·  Directing calls to the concerned department and services of the company
·  Diagnostics Knowledge preferable

Key Skills
Customer care, Good communication skill , Telecalling, Malayalam, English, Hindi

Informatica PowerCenter (9x ,10.2) : Minimum 2+ years experience

SQL / PLSQL: Understanding of SQL procedure. Able to convert procedures into Informatica mapping.

Good to have- Advantage if you have knowledge of Windows Batch Script.

3. To closely work with directors of the partnered institution to devise innovative strategies via delegations with managements of other institutions PAN India.
4. To attend and respond to all student queries and concerns related to the course, University, exams, admissions, placements and any other institution related matters.
5. To increase Student engagement through multi level strategies of content creation.
6. To deliberate with university in registration and administration process.
7. Conducting presentation in various institutions so as to create awareness and promote unique industry led courses devised by Hooman.
8. To undertake academic counselling sessions to students and parents and help them understand the industry and job scenario better.
