Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Account Manager with strong experience in the Dubai/UAE enterprise B2B EdTech market. The ideal candidate will manage and grow large corporate accounts, drive enterprise sales, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients across the UAE
• Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts
• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D Managers, and Procurement teams

B2B Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify and close high-value enterprise deals
• Manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

EdTech & Solution Selling

• Position EdTech solutions such as LMS, corporate learning programs, certifications, and digital training
• Understand client business challenges and recommend customized learning solutions
• Conduct presentations, demos, and proposal discussions

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE education and corporate training ecosystem
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Marketing)
• Support enterprise onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting & CRM

• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and account performance
• Prepare regular reports on revenue and account health

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales or Corporate Account Management
• Mandatory experience working in the Dubai / UAE market
• Prior experience in EdTech, Corporate Training, LMS, or Learning Solutions
• Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals

Skills

• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
• Experience handling corporate contracts, renewals, and SLAs
• Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools

Language

• English – Fluent (mandatory)
• Arabic – Business-level proficiency (preferred / strong advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government, semi-government, or large enterprise clients
• Knowledge of UAE procurement processes
• Existing corporate network in UAE

A day in the life of our shopware team :

• Deliver a complete, functioning, high-end code following clear software development processes and best practices.
• You will be responsible for your tech stack in projects and lead all components, from concept, design, code, testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, enhancements, etc.
• Lead the creation of large enterprise architectures following best practices in performance, scale-ability, and security.
• Writing tested and documented code.
• Coordinating and communicating with other project team members to design the best solution for our end customers.
• Contribute proactively towards the project goal and don’t hesitate to escalate a topic if it goes wrong. Mentor less experienced family members and contribute actively to our company foundation

Responsibilities

·        You are responsible for various dimensions of testing (functional/non-functional), ensuring quality experiences for our customers.

·        With your extensive technical expertise and judgment, you are an integrated part of the software development team and define, document, analyze, perform and automate tests for products.
