Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients (startups & organizations) in India and abroad through research, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
• Client Outreach & Agreement: Initiate conversations, pitch PLEXO HR Solutions’ model, and convert prospects into clients via meetings/calls/emails; coordinate and facilitate sign-up agreements.

• Candidate Pipeline Development: Create robust candidate sourcing channels to ensure a steady pool of talent for diverse client requirements.

• Market Analysis & Reporting: Research market trends, competitor activities, and prepare weekly reports on outreach and conversions.

Who Should Apply:

Job Description: 

Ideal experience required – 6-8 years

• Mandatory hands-on experience in .Net Core (8)
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Angular (10+ version required)
• Azure and Microservice Architecture experience is good to have.

Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of working experience in managing .net projects closely with internal and external clients in structured contexts in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of .Net Core, .NET MVC, C#, SQL Server & JavaScript
• Working experience in Angular
