What You'll Do

Brand & Content Strategy

• Develop content strategies that strengthen Polygnan's brand and digital presence.
• Identify storytelling opportunities across programmes, events, and the organisation.
• Plan content calendars and campaigns across platforms.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, the website, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Write both short-form and long-form content tailored to different audiences.
• Manage and grow Polygnan's digital presence across platforms.

Storytelling & Video

• Capture stories from the ground, including student journeys, mentor experiences, programme highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Support video content creation by ideating concepts, writing scripts, coordinating shoots, and assisting with production.

Reports & Communications

• Create programme reports that communicate outcomes, learnings, and impact in a clear and engaging way.
• Develop promotional materials for programmes, events, and campaigns.
• Manage and write newsletters and other organisational communications.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the programme and operations teams to understand content requirements and deliver them effectively.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as designers, editors, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies whenever required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions with strong focus on IRM and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Configure and customize TPRM workflows covering third-party onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments and review processes.
• Configure questionnaires, assessment templates, scoring methodologies, risks, controls and control objectives.
• Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Forms and Catalog components.

2.Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have minimum 3+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development, including configuration, customization and implementation.

3Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), with specific experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
