Position Overview

We're at the forefront of creating advanced AI systems, from fully autonomous agents that provide intelligent customer interaction to data analysis tools that offer insightful business solutions. We are seeking enthusiastic interns who are passionate about AI and ready to tackle real-world problems using the latest technologies.

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• AI System Architecture Design: Collaborate with the technical team to design robust, scalable, and high-performance AI system architectures aligned with client requirements.
• Client-Focused Solutions: Analyze and interpret client needs to ensure architectural solutions meet expectations while introducing innovation and efficiency.
• Methodology Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for sustainable AI system development.
• Technology Stack Selection: Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks tailored to project objectives and future scalability.
• Team Collaboration & Learning: Work alongside experienced AI professionals, contributing to projects while enhancing your knowledge through hands-on involvement.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated interest in system architecture, design thinking, and scalable solutions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Compensation:

- Joining Bonus: A one-time bonus of INR 2,500 will be awarded upon joining.

- Stipend: Base is INR 8000/- & can increase up to 20000/- depending upon performance matrix.

After completion of the internship period, there is a chance to get a full-time opportunity as an AI/ML engineer (Up to 12 LPA).

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in roles such as AI Solution Architect, ML Architect, Data Science Architect, or AI/ML intern.
• Exposure to AI-driven startups or fast-paced technology environments.
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic roles requiring agility, adaptability, and initiative.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to international customers who are unable to pay us due to payment gateway issues.

2. Answering their queries and offering them assistance and support to upgrade their subscription from free trial to longer duration plans.

3. Following up and ensuring renewals of existing paid users.

Additional information

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 20,000 /month

Job offer:

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 600000/year

Job Description:

Achieve admission targets

• Handling fresh enquiries (making phone calls & walk-ins)
• Follow up calls to the prospective students
• Update CRM
• Follow admission process
• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior.

Plan and execute marketing activities

• Provide presales input in terms of collecting target audience database, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign etc.
• Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans
• Monitor lead generation and quality on weekly basis

Student Relations

Attendance Management

Student Relations & Grievances Handling

• Students data updation & maintenance
• Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical / functional)
• Help & support students wherever required and students grooming
• Parents interaction and coordination

Support Placement Actvities

Specific Skill Set :

• Target oriented and focused
• Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
• Well versed with all tools of MS office
• Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
• Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills

Experience Required: 1 to 5 years

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Languages : English, Hindi

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI Development and hands on experience on Angular2 or Angular 2+, Node etc.
• Exposure to cross browser compatibility issues, SCSS as the CSS macro-processor, sprites etc.
• Experience with Jira, SVN, Git will be added advantage
• Passionate and eager to learn new technologies
• Intimately knowledgeable about all things web and mobile
• Demo able portfolio on website or GitHub will be given preference
• Must have knowledge on Java script, jQuery, ECMAScript
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) or TypeScript
• Familiarities with modern JavaScript tools, like npm and webpack
• Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Experience building JavaScript/CSS Frameworks or shared component libraries used in large scale production websites.
• Understands frontend software design patterns (e.g. asynchronicity, data binding, modules, objects, promises).
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Working with MVVM, MVP, MVC patterns

Requirements

• Convert design to Angular 5 components
• Use SCSS as the CSS macroprocessor
• Integrate the Angular services with APIs from the backend team
• Implement UI development best practices to write optimized and non-buggy code
• Work in Agile environment with sprint releases ranging from 2 to 4 weeks
• Feasibility study of requirement and suggest multiple approaches for a problem after sufficient RnD
• Keep abreast with trending recent UI tools, technologies, plugins and software in the industry
• “Roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get things done
• Test your screens using a tool for all browsers and resolution compatibility
• Handle and track tasks assigned using Agile methodology
