Job Description
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B E-Commerce domain.
Identify and target potential clients, understand their e-commerce needs, and position B2B Adobe Commerce (Magento) as the solution.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and recommend suitable Magento solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and updates related to Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Adobe Commerce (Magento).
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within specified timelines.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the management team.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive sales and customer satisfaction approach.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Effectively close sales, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, focusing on selling Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software..
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain data validation logic in our proprietary Control Framework tool
- Actively participate in business requirement elaboration and functional design sessions to develop an understanding of our Operational teams’ analytical needs, key data flows and sources
- Assist Operational teams in the buildout of Checklists and event monitoring workflows within our Enterprise Control Framework platform
- Build effective working relationships with Operational users, Reporting and IT development teams and business partners across the organization
- Conduct interviews, generate user stories, develop scenarios and workflow analyses
- Contribute to the definition of reporting solutions that empower Operational teams to make immediate decisions as to the best course of action
- Perform some business user acceptance testing
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing operational dashboards
- Conduct regular demos and training of new features for the stakeholder community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years’ of SQL required
- Experience querying data on cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ Snowflake) required
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail and organization
- Able to independently troubleshoot and gather supporting evidence
- Prior experience developing within a BI reporting tool (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Looker, Information Builders) a plus
- Database Management and ETL development experience a plus
- Self-motivated, self-assured, and self-managed
- Able to multi-task to meet time-driven goals
- Asset management experience, including investment operation a plus
