PHP Symfony Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full stack Engineer specializing in React to join our growing team. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions across our web and backend systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React on the frontend.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Architect and optimize backend systems, databases, and APIs to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and interactive features using React, HTML, CSS, and other modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure the quality and stability of the software.
• Debug and resolve complex issues and provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the development team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluate their potential impact on our systems, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to the improvement of coding practices, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, provide insights on system design, and make recommendations for scalability and performance enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in full stack software development, with a strong focus on React.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience in frontend development using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and familiarity with related technologies (e.g., JSON, GraphQL).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You have:

• 4- 15  years of relevant experience in full stack development in a reputed B2B SAAS company, preferably contract lifecycle management company (e.g. Pandadoc, Ironclad, Docusign, Zoho, Cloudcherry, Spot Draft etc)
• Experience in the following tech stack: JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Python, Django, REST API, MySQL, Google Cloud
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and experience managing one database (MySQL, PostgresSQL, etc)
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (or AWS)
• Strong experience and/or expertise in building customized text editors
• Strong experience with Python data analysis libraries
• Experience and/or expertise in building No-Code platforms
• Experience leading a small team of engineers in an agile/scrum setup

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Experience in building integrations with third party tools.
• Automated testing and data quality assurance experience
• Experience in data analytics
• Experience in working with data scientist to build and/or deploy ML models to solve specific problems
• Experience in working with Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program (CSPP)
• Experience in a startup environment
• Experience in Blockchain and Web3 technologies

- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React with Redux. 

- Experience working in NodeJS with Express 

- Experience with PHP development using any one of it's framework will be considered as    a value add 

- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, the ability to write efficient queries        and benchmark/profile them 

- Mastery of object oriented JavaScript, ES6, HTML, and CSS/SASS/StyledComponents 

- Experience in RESTful API development 

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming 

- Experience with performance debugging and benchmarking 

- Experience with testing frameworks like Karma, mocha, or jest 

- Experience with Git version control 

- Understanding of CI/CD 

- Strong attention to design detail (UI/UX). 

• Must have strong exposure working on Java Script 
  
• Proficient in Javascript frameworks (Vue Js / React Js) is a must
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Have experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM is a definite advantage
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub
• Good to have working experience on CSS pre-processor either LESS or SASS
• Good understanding of BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) methodology

1. Work with Angular2, NodeJS, Meteor, and MongoDB as the stack to develop newer functionalities for our platform
2. Deploy application on AWS/ Google Cloud infrastructure
3. Monitor the application regularly and fix bugs
4. Work with team to create scalable and robust infrastructure from experts
