Executive Support:
· Manage and optimize the Directors complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and key events.
· Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings.

· Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, documents) for the Director.
Project & Office Management:
· Oversee key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Director.

Stakeholder Engagement:
· Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Event & Travel Coordination:
· Arrange complex travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and logistics.
Strategic Support:
