Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework , LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C# / VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.
5. l) Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior engineers to develop high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with team members to analyze user requirements and design software solutions
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
• Contribute to the design and architecture of microservices-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Microservices architecture, SQL, and Azure services
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and drive complex software performance improvement projects that mitigate the performance challenges of the product and establish new guidelines for future product features
• Work with the development team, and database administrators to analyze performance bottlenecks, make recommendations to address performance concerns, and co-design performance into new feature development
• Efficiently working with various profiling and monitoring tools to identify performance and concurrency bottlenecks, propose and implement optimizations to improve cloud product
• Review end-user usage patterns and customer logged performance defects and enhance performance test coverage based on gaps identified.
• Understand database internals, server and storage system design, application interactions with database queries and stored procedures and with other downstream systems
• Troubleshoot issues experienced by users and propose solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and driving software performance engineering projects and solutions. Advanced level experience with concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system architectures
• Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks with application code interfacing with databases using ORM Frameworks, cache layers, data storage, servers, networking, and database query protocols including developing stored procedures, SQL queries, and database applications
• Working knowledge of relational database internals (locking, consistency, replication, serialization, failover, recovery)
• Comfortable with Windows, SQL Server, .NET Framework/Core, GIT, Nuget, SPA, Modern UI Frameworks, ORM Framework NHibernate in terms of both tools and application development
• Passionate about finding software performance bottlenecks and optimizing code to produce a better customer experience
• Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring), RUM (Real User Monitoring), and other Dev tools used for Performance monitoring and analysis
• Experience with performance bottleneck analysis, system design for scaling

• 6+ years of experience in software design, development and deployment 
• Must have extensive experience in architecture, design and development on .NET framework, C#, WPF
•  Must have experience of relational database such as My SQL and MS SQL Server
• Must have experience in Web Services, SOAP, TCP
• Must have excellent experience in debugging, Problem Solving and root cause analysis 
• Must have experience on writing Nunit test cases
•  Exposure to new tech stacks: AI, ML, BigData, Cloud, Broker Engine, Rule Engine, Report Builder
•  Strong exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable full stack applications)
• Should have good experience of creating designs & design patterns.
• Lead and Mentor the team technically

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing, implementing and using web services in a Microservice Architecture
• Experience and a good understanding of Node.JS
• Experience in working with any JavaScript frameworks (React, Ember, Knockout, etc.)
• Familiar with relational & non-relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo
• Familiar with CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery)
• Nice to have - Experience with AWS  
• Nice to have - Experience working in an agile development process
