Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

We are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B SAAS company as a ‘Client Success Associate’. The responsibilities include:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of Voiceoc
• Assist & train Clients to use the system to its full extent and help them to resolve their support queries
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
• Gathering Client feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Support practices
• Analyzing Client data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn
• Keeping Clients updated on new features, and new products they might find useful
• Encouraging Client advocacy through feedback, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of Clients’ progress

About Client:

A dynamic digital marketing agency collaborating with agencies, advertisers, and publishers. Specializing in yield management, inventory optimization, and executing online display campaigns, our client also provides end-to-end digital marketing services for SMEs. Founded by IIM Ahmedabad alumni and ex-Ozone Media team members.

- Support revenue targets for the Agency team.

- Act as ambassador in the market for agency relationships.

- Shape long-term business plans for agencies to prioritize our organization.

Requirements

- 10+ years in digital media agency/digital ad sales/consumer internet.

- Understanding of Media Agency's principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information

Node JS Developer

Job Description:     

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the UI team into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is a bonus.

Primary Job Function:

• Good knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential..
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong debugging techniques and experience on using debugger is required and/or use of testing tools to ensure high level of quality of software product.
• Strong working knowledge of the principles of quality software engineering as described by software lifecycle development processes that are consistent with ISO, IEEE, or other FDA recognized standards.
• Experience w/ distributed computing / services (preferably cloud native) software design and development is highly preferable.
