Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for managing end to end HR processes
• Design & implement recruiting strategies for each Business Unit by understanding the manpower requirements
• Lead and execute Recruitments for campus, Lateral, focusing on direct sourcing majorly
• Plan and execute the Talent Management process inclusive of performance appraisals, Career Development and advancement
• Candidates will be responsible to implement new HR programs and activities
• Plan & execute the employee engagement activities
• Solely responsible for maintaining the payroll & attendance system.
• Responsible for comp & ben, HR policies, other generalist activities or any ad hoc responsibilities.

Ideal candidate should have: 

• Should have 3 Years of experience in HR generalist responsibilities with focus on Recruitment and Performance Management.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint with ability to manage MIS and reporting 
• Multitasker and able to manage any ad hoc tasks
• Desire to learn and develop.
• Strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, etc
• Capable of handling high pressure situations & excellent stakeholder management capabilities

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript as well as HTML and CSS

● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

● Working knowledge and integration knowledge with RESTful APIs

● Knowlegde of websockets implementation is a must.

● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

● A knack for benchmarking and optimization

● Familiarity with code versioning tools {such as Git}

● Added advantages if you have working knowledge of AWS

Machine Learning & Deep Learning – Strong

Experienced in TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, Object Detection,  Pretrained Models like YOLO, SSD, Faster RCNN, etc…

Python – Strong

NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV

Problem Solving  - strong

C++ - average

        It will be good if candidate have working experience in C++ in any domain

• Hands-on embedded C skills (mandatory)
• Experience with any microcontrollers MCU (mandatory) – Renesas/ Infineon/ Cypress/ ST-Micro /TI / Microchip
• Experience with any of peripherals & communication protocols usage in application development (mandatory) – UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, CAN, USB, ADC, DAC, EEPROM, Flash memory
• Experience with any RTOS – FreeRTOS, Azure RTOS, ThreadX
• Experience with any networking &  connectivity modules (preferred & added advantage) – Ethernet, WiFi, BLE, MQTT, COAP

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our HR Team (for Employer Branding and Internal Communication) to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Branding roadmap and action plans to promote the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires through social media, print and other communication formats and programs. We are looking for someone who can engage well with existing employees and play an important role in internal communication.

This role reports to Head of Human Resources.

KRA:

• Developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement roadmap.
• Identifying and working / liaise with third party vendors to establish an overall all framework to continuously enhance and upgrade the Employer Branding and employee engagement to the current and future requirements.
• Planning, establishing, and collaborating with stakeholders to keep the social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding fresh and relevant.
• Responsible for Employee Engagement, Employee Brand Management, Event Management related to employee engagement.
• Leading the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials and managing events and engagement plans.
• Improving the Employee Engagement Index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Expanding the company's online presence and developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
• Establish campus connections and drive campus engagement / relationships to build a sustainable employer Brand.
• Identify gaps and early signals of engagement interventions [through L&D, upskilling and other HR interventions] basis the engagement surveys.
