Strong Senior UI/UX Product Designer profile – IC Role in B2C Mobile Apps

Mandatory (Experience 1): 4+ YOE as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Mobile App Designer with strong IC ownership in tech/startup environments

Mandatory (Experience 2): Strong experience as a Fullstack Product Designer (UI + UX) for Mobile Apps (especially Android)

Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must be highly proficient in Figma - able to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and micro-interactions from scratch

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong UI/UX portfolio of B2C Mobile Apps; Portfolio should reflect strong UI, Interaction, Visual Design skills (UI Heavy portfolio) (preferably launcher/utility/feed-driven apps)

Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies

Mandatory (Exclusion): Payment gateway companies

 Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for EMC Products, Resistors Resistors, Heating elements and other products in company product line-up to meet defined revenue targets.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently source new business opportunities

• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and research market trends to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning.

• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations and proposals to high-ticket decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).

• Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, demo-to-close ratios, and ROI of marketing spend using CRM and analytics tools. 

• Being in update ongoing & upcoming defence projects and finding opportunities with DRDOs, PSUs (BEL,BEML,ECIL,HAL,HVF,etc), Other defence equipment manufacturing companies to Pitch our products for their application.

Key Skills & Qualifications (2026 Standards)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Communication) , or MBA

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven success in a B2B or B2C sales/marketing environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Office, Etc

• Preference will be given for candidates with Defence product background.

Experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion

Applications.

2. Familiarity with key Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL.

3. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes (Incident, Problem, Change,

Configuration, Service Request management).

4. Experience with ticketing systems of any ITSM tools.

5. Good knowledge of Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting & Writing

scripts.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

7. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Your Role 

As an AppSec Engineer in Drip Capital’s engineering team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of :

• Contribute to and improve secure SDLC practice
• Design architecture, methods, and controls required to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Designing and implementing cloud and network security solutions.
• Do comprehensive threat modelling for our applications and infrastructure in an Agile flow
• Perform secure code review and security assessments of web, android and iOS applications, and cloud infrastructure (infrastructure as code).
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities across our platform and work with developers in fixing them.
• Automate and simplify security, as “Complexity is the enemy of Security”.
• Handle Vulnerability Management and Patch Management processes.
• Participate in the investigation related to Privacy/Security incidents and response activities.
• Work with DevOps to implement the security tools and automation of the security tasks.
• Mentor other engineers and evangelize security practices through cross-functional work with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Testing the deployed security solutions to make sure they function as planned.

Our Checklist 

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an AppSec Engineer
• Hands-on experience in secure design and architecture review of backend services, payments systems like payment gateways.
• Hands-on experience in secure code review and automation of common security workflows.
• Hands-on experience and a proven record of securing one or more of the cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, AWS and Hosted Cloud Solutions.
• Good understanding of OWASP and SANS testing methodologies.
• Good understanding of software security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

Graphics Designer

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
