Role & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications for Android platform using Kotlin.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimise mobile app performance to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

Job Role: Angular Developer

Location: Bangalore/ Noida

Job description:- 

• Strong experience of Angular 2+ and above along with other technologies like HTML5, CSS, jQuery, AJAX with good knowledge of ECMA Scripts.
• Strong knowledge of JS Fundamentals.
• Design & development of Angular applications as per desired specifications, along with experience in frameworks/libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, Typescript etc.
• Architecture design, development, testing and maintenance of Web Apps, Implementation based on Angular Application MVC Patterns.
• Own end to end product modules/features (from the requirement to going live)- Design & code review, troubleshoot & help team members on issues.
• Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end-users.
• Research on open source framework/technology required for developing the feature/application.

What can fetch you brownie points?

• Hands on experience with React Native is required
• Hands-on experience in React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem
• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual
• Good knowledge of JS frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

Legal Assistant responsibility include:

• Negotiate, review, drafting, vetting of various contracts and agreements 

• Drafting knowledge of notices/reply notice/letters to any govt., & Non-Govt. authorities.

• Drafting of other miscellaneous documents like Power of Attorney, Undertakings required as per the need of business, Memorandum of Understanding, No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Responsible for supporting Groups Secretarial function, convening of Board shareholders & Committee Meeting

• Attending and handling court cases, case notices and handle all litigation matters with support of external counsel;

• Submission of reports/ MIS/ litigation updates, contract trackers to the Department on monthly & quarterly basis.

• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations

• Taking care of any matter as and when received from the management and advising them within the legal ambit.

• Maintain knowledge of all new changes in the law, analyze implications and suggest a manner of implementation.

• Capable of generating leads via various sources building a solid pipeline, doing thorough research around possible suspects, and qualify them.
• Create processes to optimize or automate the current processes and acting as a mentor to the new joiners in the team
• Helping prospects make an informed decision by providing support, information, and guidance upon developing a thorough understanding of the company products and overall industry

• Identifying product improvements or new opportunities based on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Handling multiple clients concurrently and keep a track of all client transactions

• Liaising and communicating client needs/requirements with senior management

• Prior B2B sales/ business development etc. experience
• Excellent communication skills- written & verbal both (English is a must)
