We are seeking a developer responsible for building games for various target platforms based on the Unity framework. Your primary responsibilities will be to implement game functionality translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging game. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential.
Job Responsibility:
- Implement game functionality as per communicated design
- Translate design specification into functional game
- Communicate with other team members to establish effective pipeline and integrate media assets
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and device solutions to address and mitigate these problems

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Must have knowledge of web technologies: HTML5 CSS, JavaScript, React Native.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and ES6 knowledge, React Native / NodeJS, MVC, Design Patterns, REST APIs, Swagger, and AWSFamiliarity with state/data management libraries (Redux).
- Minimum 2 years relevant and real-time experience in React Native.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket Technology agnostic and confidence to switch technology stacks as per requirement.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the founders to build mobile SDKs for dyte. Our SDKs allows clients to integrate live audio/video interactions in their own app, it optionally comes with its own user interface.
You will be invovled in making a seamless developer product, code that will run in varying frameworks, operating systems and network conditions.
As in any startup, your responsibilities will vary frequently. You will wear multiple hats and will work with many different technologies. You might have to talk to clients directly, and you have an active say in the direction of our product. We want someone who is passionate about working in this type of environment!
You are expected to lead the mobile development for our mobile SDKs and work closely with Designers and Video engineers to push the limits of mobile communication tech.

What you need to have:

- Track record of developing and implementing strategy and delivering measurable results towards the realization of organizations sales goals
- Candidates with established network, relationships in CSR, NGOs, government, Education and in the social sector will be preferred
