SALES ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who is Proactive with strong decision making, persuasion, leadership and

communication skill. He/She should be able to use technical skills to explain the benefits of products to

potential customers and demonstrate how our products are better than the competitor’s product,

interest the client in in purchasing products, negotiate a price and complete the sale.

In addition to retaining the current clients, attracting and securing new ones, help clients to solve any

issues that arises when the product is installed. Responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.

Responsibilities and duties:

 Business development of Packaging equipment (International Range) in Food and Beverage

industry.

 Responsible for achieving the sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through

effective planning.

 Sales B2B, Lead Generation and converting customers into key accounts.

 Meeting clients and consultants for product presentation, understanding customer needs,

submission and discussion of technical and commercial offer.

 Responsible for end to end sales process with clients, throughout the project development

stage, proposal stage, the final selection process, the closing, and delivery of the project.

 Follow up to get the payment in time from the customers.

 Real time analysis of the market to have an advantage over the competition.

 Interaction with service team to ensure that customer experiences high level of service.

Required qualifications and skills:

 A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

 3+ Years in business development of packaging equipment (International Range) in food and

beverage industry.

 Preference: Liquid filling Line, Powder Filling Lines, Blister and Cartoning Machines.

 Able to complete projects in a timely manner

 Excellent computer literacy is must and knowledge of visualization would be preferred.

 The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

 Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Senior AI Architect (10+ YOE) 

Must-Have 

• Experience in enterprise architecture; 3+ years on Gen-AI/AI/ML governance, Responsible AI, or model-risk programs
• Hand-on experience in GenAI, AgenticAI, multi-agen models, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEvals 
• Hands-on with at least three of: Azure AI Content Safety, Azure Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Entra ID (RBAC/Conditional Access), Azure Monitor + Log Analytics, Application Insights/OpenTelemetry 
• LLM observability tooling exposure: Azure AI Foundry Evaluations, or equivalent 
• Reliability patterns for multi-step agent workflows: timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, idempotency keys, fallback routes, dead-letter queues 
• Governance documentation: runbooks, operating guides, and playbooks 

Good to Have

• Hands-on enterprise compliance/ethics review (not just advisory) 
• Prior Microsoft Foundry governance blueprint authoring 
• HITL workflow design using Microsoft Teams approvals, Adaptive Cards, oe Power Automate; ability to spec escalation triggers and SLAs 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define, Design & Imeplement GenAI, AgenticAI architecture, workflows
• Design reliability patterns for multi-step agent workflows (timeouts, retries, and fallbacks) and reflect these in architecture artifacts and runbook guidance 
• Author the governance + HITL operating model: monitoring, logging, bias/drift detection, escalation matrices, audit evidence, and runbooks

Will they work alone or in a team?

• In some spots they might be expected to work alone and on a separate sprint from others, however, everything needs to tie in and work together, because of that the developer must be team oriented in both development and problem solving.
• Additionally, there will be times that they should expect to work with people who are not particularly tech savvy ( ie. sales, marketing, customer success etc.) to collaborate on a specific feature to produce the best thing for the product.

• The developer is both accountable for their code and the code of the team. They should take care and responsibility in the work that is done and if there are problems with the code in QA or production work as diligently as possible to fix that problem ( whether it is their code directly or not).
• As part of this all code will be attached from Github to Jira for developers to constantly upload their commits to Jira tasks
• A mistake is completely fine and expected, bugs are to be expected. What is asked is that you report it as soon as possible and are honest about it so that we can move forward in resolving it as soon as possible.

• The end user of our product will be marketing professionals/head of marketing. At all times the developers need to take this into account and spend time thinking of the ease and the use cases that people will utilize their code or features in real life versus what is a way to make something work but in a vacuum.

• Pushing out code is awesome, but if the code has a ton of bugs and does not do the required action that is practical for the user then it does not matter. We want a developer who is Quality focused and also hold their other developers accountable.

• When producing a feature it is easy to sometime get sucked into how that features works in a vacuum. The developers need to be able to work together and understand the software architecture as a whole in order to make whatever feature they are working on be able to work with the other features that are built within the app ( and will be built or are on the roadmap for the future).

Job Description: You will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in ateam of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. The first 2 weeks of this training will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of "On- the-Job Training", both at the BDT Training Location. Once our offices are open, the training will shift to the BDT Training Location.

Upon successful completion of training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, they will be confirmed as BDA - Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) or BDA - Inside Sales (at 8 LPA). Also, only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.
