Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GRC Consultant to play a pivotal role in

delivering projects for the implementation of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of risk management, compliance monitoring, and

contribute to strategic enhancements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Take a lead role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the GRC

framework.

● Drive the implementation of policies and procedures as required by various

information security/privacy/data security frameworks.

● Implement frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc., and achieve client

certification.

Risk Management:

● Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks across diverse

business units.

● Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations.

● Understand compliance requirements with laws and regulations concerning

information security and privacy.

Training and Leadership:

● Conduct training and awareness sessions for end users and client SPOCs on

information and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

● Candidates with a cybersecurity background only.

● Minimum 2 yrs experience in cybersecurity

This role will be responsible for building, reviewing, deploying and maintaining the software solutions.

Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.

Identifying web-based user interactions.

Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer

Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Experience with user interface design.

Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery

About FirstPrinciples

• Producing high-quality documentation. The audience is U.S based so the style of writing should be audience-specific.
• Provide QA and copy editing for content produced by writers.
• Help the team to create high-quality web pages.
• Act as the Content Manager and implement the Content Calendar / Content strategy.
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
• Speak with the Digital Marketing Manager regularly and inform of any issues.
• Proactively assess possible problem areas.
• Improve imagery and content creation processes to increase accuracy and reduce the time taken.
• Assess employee’s competencies and ensure that employees are adequately trained. Plan and assign work based on competencies. Train team using resources provided.

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English with atleast 6 years of experience as a Content Writer across various industries. Previous agency experience will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in copywriting will be a strong plus.
• Prior experience using SEO best practices to create content.
• Experience in formulating the content strategy and content calendar along with experience of working and managing offshore parties
• Previous experience in recruitment and team building (desirable)
• Good IT systems knowledge and technical confidence.
• MS Excel competence for the creation of staff tracking reports along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people and performance management skills with a mindset which is open to change, unlearning & relearning, if needed.
