Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our company. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and mission to our target audience. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainable development concepts and a passion for environmental and social causes.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging and impactful visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Generate innovative design concepts that effectively convey complex sustainability and environmental messages to a diverse audience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of sustainable development principles and industry trends to ensure the integration of relevant concepts into design projects.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality standards in all design deliverables, paying attention to detail, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional design standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design tools, software, and techniques, recommending and implementing new tools to enhance design processes.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

## **Role Description**
As a Product Manager, you will own NowPurchase’s strategy, approach, and product roadmap for the **MetalCloud** platform that aims to build the operating system of metal manufacturing. To achieve your objectives, you will collaborate with the 2 founders, the data guy, the technology engineering manager and the metallurgist. You are expected to understand the metal manufacturing domain intimately during your course at NowPurchase.
### **What are the expectations from this role?**
- **You will own Strategy**: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with the stakeholders.
- **You will own Roadmap & Features**: You will own the product roadmap for the entire platform!
- **You will own Metrics**: You will define the metrics, goals and measure outcome by designing testable MVPs. We do quick iterations. Anything that works is taken forward, others are dropped and deleted.
- **You will create product strategy documents** that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- **Learn Domain fast!** You are expected to understand the metal manufacturing domain as soon as possible. We have an in house metallurgist who can help you with that.
- **Tight team**: You will work with the 2 founders, the data guy, the engineering manager and the metallurgist.
- Expect yourself to be spending a LOT of time in factories observing the manufacturing process as part of your primary research to come up with product roadmap ideas and testing existing MVPs.
## **Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience with working with Product in your own startup or other startups.
- Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing delivery against a multi-year roadmap
- Understands core technologies utilized in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast paced and an unstructured environment.
- Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research

What the role is:
We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our fast-growing QA team. With our Product Engineering team rapidly iterating and deploying new code, our Test Engineers drive the crucial effort of designing automated test suites that are reliable and maintainable. This team is tasked with ensuring the automated testing of Socure’s existing code and developing thorough test approaches for new features and products.
