As a Technical Lead you are responsible for the development and support of software applications. Your daily tasks could include Provide expert software architecture advise and coaching Lead detailed design sessions Ensure technical delivery risks are addressed as early as possible within delivery schedules, through technical spikes and proof of technologies Inspect and review the work of the team providing governance of software development principles Review and adapt processes and standards and provide recommendations for improvement. Continuously improve quality of products. Leads in the refinement of requirements and solution architecture to eliminate ambiguity, conflict & duplication. Leads the assigned domain at design governance meetings Identify opportunities to address waste including addressing technical debt, inefficient development processes and opportunities for automation. Contribute to planning, including sizing, prioritisation and capacity plans. Set the bar for quality within the Domain, never compromising software development discipline Share knowledge through documentation, presentations and pairing. Personal development and improvement of skill set. Keeping up to date with the latest developments in your field. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team. Provide technical training to the department in fields of expertise. Contribute to interviews as part of the recruitment process. Key contributor to technical estimation when requested by Domain Manager To be able to succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and experience… ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience working as a technical lead/development manager Have experience working with PHP 5.5+ and a strong understanding of OOP Ecommerce development skills/platforms (previous exposure to this is essential) Strong knowledge of working with MVC Frameworks (Zend in particular) MySQL knowledge Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion) API / 3rd Party integration experience Proficient in front end UX technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript Can still remain hands on when needed!

Experience with multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices 14. Deep knowledge of the full mobile development life cycle 15. Experience working with third party integration, Content Management Systems (CMS), & Integrations including ability to structure the content architecture with ease of content entry in mind Perform accessibility remediation of web content. The position will involve coding, integrating the front-end elements, ensuring the implementation of requirements in strict timelines

Responsibilities

Qualification and experience
IT Industry overall experience should be minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience minimum should be 1yr in Drupal - Drupal Custom Module / Themes development Or Symfony development. ACQUIA Certification (Not mandatory)

Key skills
Experience in Core PHP using MVC and MVVM Architecture. Knowledge of database operations with MySQL/MariaDB, Stored procedures. Strong Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery). Knowledge and experience of OOPS. Ability to write APIs including Restful APIs. Knowledge of continous intergation practices like CI-CD. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills. Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile / Scrum He should understand the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Working experience with React / Angular, will be value added to the position (Not mandatory)

- 2+yrs of experience in Node.js with API framework such as Sails & Express.js - Needs to be familiar with Mongodb, Cassandra or any other NoSql database. - Experience with message queue like rabbitmq etc will be add on.
