Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and optimize SEO and SEM performance.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms (posts, emails, ads).
• Track and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Manage social media channels and increase engagement and followers.
• Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of basic design and content creation tools is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

• Write clear, concise, and compelling content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, marketing materials, and more.
• Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
• Research industry-related topics to develop original content.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies.
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas.
• Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Understand and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure content consistency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines.

Based on experience, developers will be responsible for building various elements of a music app for an international client. Urgent requirement and immediate joining as project is already underway.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in C#, .Net Core, Web API, MVC, and Entity Framework.

2. Strong object-oriented programming skills.

3. Very good communication skills.

4. Experience with RESTful APIs to connect other backend services.

5. Should have developed more than 2 applications.

6. CI/CD, GIT

7. Experience with performance improvement of applications.

8. Must have experience in Azure cloud (DevOps, AppService, and Azure functions)
