We are looking for a result-oriented International Business Development Executive with strong exposure to B2B International Inside Sales in a service-based industry. The candidate should be comfortable driving sales targets independently, nurturing long-term B2B client relationships, and interacting with US and UK markets.

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Near Metro)

Required Exp: 2-6 Years

Shift Timing: US Shift (6 PM - 3 AM)

Work Mode: Hybrid role (WFH + office collaboration)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets (US/UK preferred).
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable service-based / outsourcing solutions
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure .
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy, lead quality, and conversion rate.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-6 years of experience in International Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Proven experience in lead conversion, client handling, and sales closures.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for US/UK markets.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, proposal writing, and objection handling.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Ability to manage sales pipeline, meet targets, and close deals independently.
• Experience in service-based, IT services, outsourcing, BPO/KPO sales is a plus.

About role:

A focused and quality driven Content Writer having capacity to write clear and effective content for online and offline media for ultra-luxury segment multi-class assets in Real Estate.

Roles & responsibilities:

·       Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

·       Write clear marketing copy/content to promote our products/services.
